An organization called Sarvodai Sakhi Mandal is running a hotel with the help of a group of farmers and women, where customers can bring their household plastic waste and get food depends on the give the weight of that plastic waste.

How much happier you would be if there was a time when you could go to a restaurant and leave with plastic waste instead of cash. Yes! One such hotel is newly opened in Junagadh in the state of Gujarat.

All the food prepared at this hotel is made from organic and locally sourced ingredients. If you bring 500 grams of plastic to this hotel, they will give you a glass of lemon juice. Similarly, if you give a kilo of plastic waste, they will give you a plate of Dhokla or Poha(Traditional Gujarat foods).'

To prevent environmental pollution, Gujarat Hotel has introduced a system where you can bring plastic waste and buy delicious food.

The menu at this hotel is also unique and amazing. The food prepared with betel leaves, rose, figs and dates is served in an earthen pot.

After the opening of a different hotel in the state of Gujarat, the hotel is functioning to such an extent that it makes us feel nostalgic that such a hotel does not exist in our town.
