The Diary Game: Visiting My Mother And Attending Choir Rehearsal(7-2-2026)

Hello pookies, my name is purity Okon but my username on steemit is @ purityy, today I decide to surprised my mom by visiting her without informing her and it worked, because the way my mom was shocked seeing me was funny, she was like from where to where, she called me this morning telling me she was not feeling too well, and she was involved in an accident, though it not serious I had to quickly postponed everything I wanted to do today and go see her because it been a while I saw her, the last time I planned to go see her I couldn't go, so I decide today I must go.

I was still on bed this morning when one of friend called that someone wanted a model for nails but I couldn't go because of my mom, the moment my mom called and told me about her health I cancelled every appointment I had today, I didn't do anything this morning I just had my bath and left, I got to the pack where bus and Keke do load but the price was too much, I had to wait for long before I saw one mini bus that decides to carry me in cheaper rate, on a normal from where I live to my mom's place is 1 hour 30 minutes if there's Keke that will carry me straight to that place.

On my way I called her and ask her where she was, she told me she was in shop, someone that is not feeling ok and had accident is in shop the early morning, God please have mercy🙏🙏was what comes out of my mouth when she said she was in shop, remember I didn't tell her I was coming, when I arrived the bus stop, I trekked to her shop, she was shocked to see me, because she didn't expect I will come or even if I will come she didn't know it will be that early, she

welcomed me with groundnut and banana, I used that one to hold body, I was just asking her about how she was fairy, how the accident happened, asking her about what as been going on at home.

We discussed to some extent and I was so hungry because I didn't eat before leaving the house, she didn't know I was coming so she didn't take food to shop so she bought egusi

soup and garri from her neighbor that cooks, and we eat together, after eating I was just looking round, greeting people because it been long I went home, they were like are you sure you're on school because you don't look like a student, shey you dey read? I so much thank God the kind of body I have, I don't look like what am going through, I stayed till evening and I wanted to go so I can meet up with choir rehearsal, she didn't give me foodstuffs but she gave me money, and I appreciate her for that.

Going home passengers were scarce, and the bus was so hot, I had to remove my holladia yogurt which I took from my mom shop to used cool my temper, after much waiting the driver had to move maybe he will sees passenger on the road, and he did see, I got home and quickly changed up to something else and leave for church, all my fears I was thinking they have start the rehearsal, only for me to get there and they was no body in church, I was so pained, I waited for a long time before people start coming out and we begin the rehearsal, I was still in church when my sister called that she is at home.

She was not with key and I forget to dropped key for her before leaving for Church, I had to take permission from our choir director and rush home, I don't know today's rehearsal people didn't come out, and they were contemplating on the song to sing that alone took an hour, I left them in church and went home to open the door for my sister, since I got home I was just sitting outside because of breeze and at the same time planning how my tomorrow will be, at some point I start feeling cold so I went inside had my dinner and go to bed. I really enjoyed today because I spent it with my mom, and she fed me well.
