To make rice noodles, first I take two cups of rice flour in a bowl. Then I add salt to taste and 2 teaspoon of sesame oil to this rice flour and mix it well with my hands.

Now I will slowly pour the required amount of warm water into the rice flour. I will not add too much water at once, but will make the rice flour dough with water little by little. I will make the dough in such a way that it is smooth, oily and soft.
Step- 3

Now I will let some water heat up in a steamer. At the same time, I will spread a cloth well between the steamer plates. I will let the rice noodles steam on this cloth.
Step- 4

Now I will take a small amount of rice flour dough from an unused syringe (I didn't have a gun) and place it on the steamer plate with the noodle shape. In this way, I will make all the rice noodles one by one.
Step- 5

After 15 minutes, when the noodles are cooked (after checking), I remove them from the steamer and transfer them to a bowl. My rice noodles are complete.

I will sprinkle grated coconut on top of the rice noodles. Then I will add date molasses to taste. If anyone wants, you can use sugar in it. I used date molasses because my sons and I love the taste and smell of date molasses.
There are some popular steamed dishes in Bangladesh. Although fast food is becoming more popular among the young generation these days. Steamed dishes are more of a priority as they are healthier.
Some steamed dishes are:-
Steamed Chow Mein
Steamed Chicken Noodles
Steamed Egg Noodles
Vegetable Steamed Noodles
Steamed Chicken Vegetable Noodles
My favorite is chicken steamed noodles. It has less oil, but tastes good and is healthy.
Since chicken is used, its protein is more nutritious. If someone wants, they can take this steamed chicken noodles as a complete meal.
