Hello friends, I hope you are all well. I am also well because of the infinite mercy of God. Once again, I come to you to participate in this amazing topic of the second week of the Steemit Engagement Challenge. Through today's challenge, I will share with you most popular employment in your country.
What are the most popular employment in your country?
Although our country is an agricultural country, there are some jobs that are more popular among people. The most popular employment among them is government job. In our country, the first thing a fresh graduate does is to get a chance in a government job, this is like a dream for everyone, but due to limited seats, very few people get a chance to get a government job.

This jobs offer more benefits than others. Everyone wants to join the government jobs because of the attractive salary, salary increase after certain period, several types of bonus in a year, pension after re-retirement and the biggest thing is job security. So considering all the things, government job is the most popular employment in our country.
Do you believe "AI" will help or create problems in the job market?
Currently, AI is widely used in the world. I believe it is possible to speed up many tasks with AI. It is very intelligent and smart with the help of AI several hours of work can be done in few minutes. It is possible to solve many complex tasks with AI which are not possible for ordinary people, so I think the use of Ai can definitely be helpful in specific job market.

But Ai can create problems along with being helpful. Because AI alone can do the work that 10 people can do in a very short time and accurately especially the pre-programmed tasks related to computer and automation. The number of people employed may decrease in some sectors but not in all sectors. So I think this can help and create problems in the job market.
How to reduce rising unemployment
Unemployment is increasing in our country and it has become challenging for the government to create enough employment for all. Most of the graduates are only interested in the job but no one thinks of becoming an entrepreneur because they don't get loans and other necessary facilities easily even if they want to.

So I think if industrialization is increased then new employment will be created and if opportunities are increased for new startups then everyone will be interested in becoming an entrepreneur and unemployment will be reduced.
Moreover, the unemployed can be taught different skills by arranging various courses for free, so that they can become self-reliant through outsourcing and thus I think the rising unemployment can be reduced.

es interesante conocer tu cultura en donde las personas ambicionan trabajar para el gobierno y sus instituciones por los distintos beneficios que ofrecen.
en mi país es lo contrario, aquí quien trabaja para el gobierno gana muy poco dinero y es explotado, no tiene beneficios y es practicamente un trabajo ad honores; lo cual no lo hace tan atractivo.
Me parece que lo más inteligente es que cada persona pueda convertirse en un empresario y asi no ser depediente de las empresas que subyugan al trabajador.

En mi país ecuador hay buen trabajo en el gobierno o a fines pero esta lleno de nepotismo y favores por lo que es mas accesible emprender de manera individual y eso ha llevado a muchos jóvenes a emprender de manera digital y otros vendiendo alimentos.

Wow 😯 I am very happy that agriculture is indeed a good way of giving jobs to people in your country, cultivation of crops will be a massive boost in employing people and I am very happy that the citizens always practice agriculture.
Getting a government job is not easy at all same thing is happening in my country they are enough graduate that are jobless because it is very hard now to get a government job but I believe with time everything will falk in place.
The rate of unemployment is increasing everyday so it is best we learn a skill and also entrepreneurship by investing in business, it will help reduce the rate of unemployment kudos to you sir😍

I really love the way you navigated your points and the sincerity in your publication tidag. I must say that I have learnt literally a lot of things from your post sir @ripon0630.
The job market is very complex. So the introduction of the so called AI will be of Importance and advantages to the people but along the line there will be little increase of unemployment in some sectors. A good example is the agricultural sector. If machine are used to replace the activities of man over there,there will become an increase in unemployment, perhaps Ai are not as good as humans who are created by God.
The givernment job in sectors like the health, education, Security, banking and lots more are the most sought-after jobs in my country Nigeria. Although the pay are quite gold but the problem now is to get the job with ease. Corruption has covered the faces of many in the world today.
Finally, industrialization is a gold point to be implemented by the government in various levels. The second mentioned point which is the acquisition of skills whether digital or local skills to help get along with the global economy...
