Hello Every one,

Welcome to my belog.How are you all .I am @roohiasif99 from Pakistan .I hope you fine too.i am also pretty good.Today here I am participating this amazing and my favourite contest hwc food diary game contest#98.week#28.This contest organized by @joyti-thelight.i am very thankful to mom she is arranging such a beautiful contest.now I am share you about my daily menus of the day.i hope you enjoy and like lt my belog.

Let's move towards and starts.

Breakfast

My day starts at 6: am .recite Holy Quran.then I am going to morning walk .half and hours I went to park.then came back home .take some rest and I went to kitchen for preparing breakfast.firsttmy I boiled milk then made tea.

After that .I was fry eggs .now a day I was avoiding for eating parathas.because I gained my weight .so decided to avoid parathas for few days.because I like parathas very much .Today is holiday .children were sleeping.

My husband and me enjoyed breakfast.in my op nion breakfast should be a energetic and healthy.some time I eat halwa Puri ,some I eat only milk.its depends on my mood.after breakfast I complete my house chores.

lunch Time

Then my son went to market and bring some groceries .Today I made in the lunch Time chicken curry with rice .it's my family favourite dish.in a pen I fried chicken then add all the spices with yogurt .then boiled rice.this is the best combination of rice with chicken curry.

When the meal is ready .my family eat together .my husband line my cooking specially for some dishes line chicken curry,biryani,kheer .Food is truly delicious when made from the heart.then I take a short nap .because nap is very important for human body .

Tea Time

Mostly I drink tea in the evening terrace of my house. Today made tea my little daughter and she bring with biscuits .we enjoying tea with biscuits .Today the weather is very pleasant cool breezy were blowing.They were drinking hot tea and having a lot of fun.then we return back room after maghrab .

Dinner Time

After maghrab I prayer the went to kitchen for preparing dinner menu Today I made tori ki sabzi with bread.it that time .my heart wants to eat vegetable so I was decided to made Tori ki sabzi.its very yummy and delicious dish .after that my daughter knead the dough and prepared breads .when the food is ready we enjoying dinner .light dinner is very suitable for night

Vegetable is very beneficial for health.The biggest thing is that change in food is very important.It is very important to have variety in food.That's why I have made a full time table at my house that I have to cook this.This has made it so much easier for me.

Waoo dear as usual you food diary is mouth watering yes it's true vegetables are also good source of vitamin and mineral I also like and cooked bottle ground and congratulations to become winner in past week .
