Welcome to my belog,how are you all .I am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan.Today here I am participating this interesting contest SLC-29 w4
Simming chicken|| chicken curry.This fruitful contest organized by my lovely teacher @suboohi.I am Thankful for mam she is arranging such a nice contest .through this contest we can show our Telent by cooking skills .Today we had learned swimming chicken||chicken curry with tips and techniques regarding this recipe.
Lets move towards and starts

procedure with step by step

Wash the chicken meat properly .and keep it in stainer untill the excess water removed it.

Heat the oil in pen .add chicken then .peel and crushed the ginger,garlic paste and add in chicken.fryibg2-3 minutes untill the colours of chicken changed.

Add all the spices mention in ingredients list then add green chilli and crushed onio.mixed all the spices very well.frying 2-3 minutes.

Add half cut of yougrt Whisk the yogurt well before pouring it into the pan so that no lumps remain.Drain the yogurt water thoroughly.

Add tomato puree and fry well when oil surface in pen . I add half cup of water and covered .let the curry simmer for 40 minutes.

I often made this dish at home. My children eat it with great enthusiasm. The most important thing about it is that it is cooked on a low flame and the broth it makes is very tasty.When we cook food in a slow cooker, its texture increases, especially meat.At my house, I often serve it with boiled rice, sometimes with naan.
