Greeting friends,

How are you all I am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan.I hope everybody fine too.Today here I am participating this wonderful contest which organized by @ joyti-thelight.I am Thankful for my lovely teacher you efforts and hard work remarkable.I am happy to be a part of This engagement challenge.This week the topic of Indian (Gujrat)Dhokla .which very unique and different taste of dish.First time I made this tradition dish.You have shared the recipe very easily and mentioned all the steps which I followed very easily and made this recipe.

Lets move towards and starts

Things we need

Procedure with step by step

First of all, I took half a cup of water in a bowl and added half a teaspoon of baking soda to it and left it for a while.

After that I take a bowl add in gram flour .add,salt, Turmeric,Red chilli,oil,sugar mixed all the ingredients very well.

After this, we use the wask. I have added water to it slowly and made it a proper batter.

After that, I added the lemon to the batter and added the baking soda that I had soaked in a bowl to it and continued mixing in the gradually.

I take a round shape of mold .I grease the oil in mold .then transfer all the batter in a mold.

I took a pan and added water to it.I placed a stand in the center of this pan.After I made the dhokla batter in the mold, I lifted the mold and placed it inside the pan.and covered it untill the batter cooked properly.

On the other hand I take a pen add in sugar and made sugar syrup.

Along with this, I placed another pan on the stove and when the oil in it got hot, I added green chillies, curry leaves and mustard seeds.then frying it.then I turn off the flame.When the friend mixture cooled, I added sugar syrup to it.

Then I took the mold out of the pan, the batter was cooked well, cooled it, turned it over and put it on a plate.

And with the help of a knife, cut the pieces of the Dhokla that has been prepared.spread all the frying mixture with sugar syrup top of the Dhokla.

Final presentation of my traditional dish

So guys This is my final presentation.I hope you like it .very yummy delicious Dhokla is ready .The taste is amazing My husband and I ate this dish for the first time and it was so good.Thsnkd for my lovely teacher You shared a very good recipe.👍🏼👍🏼.When my husband praised me for how well it was made, I felt like my hard work had paid off.

We use gram flour a lot in our house and I make various dishes with it. Kundvi, which is a famous dish of Rajasthan, is eaten with great enthusiasm in our house. Apart from this, we also make pakoras with great enthusiasm.Apart from this, my mother makes gram flour gola balay which are very delicious. This is a simple gram flour dough, spices are added to it, then water is heated in a pan and its dough is made on a muslin cloth. When it is cooked, my mother cuts it into different pieces and roasts the spices and makes it. This dish is eaten with great enthusiasm in our house.
