How are you all? I am doing well. To improve eating habits, players of the Food Diary Game keep a daily log of our meals and snacks. Participants keep a daily food journal, consider their decisions, and learn how to balance their diet. With its emphasis on mindful eating, healthier decision-making, and accountability, the game makes the path to wellness enjoyable and fulfilling for all participants. I would like to appreciate @jyoti-thelight sister organizing such a beautiful contest. Today I will show you how I got my meal on 10th of October.

Breakfast

I started the day having breakfast with coconut sambal and soft bread. The exquisite balance of flavours and textures is achieved when bread and coconut sambal are combined. The spicy, tangy sambal, which is created with freshly grated coconut, chilli, lime, and spices, goes well with the soft, fluffy bread. The contrast between the heat and the richness of the coconut makes for a delightful bite that is both energising and comforting. It's a tasty, straightforward delight.

Lunch

For lunch I wanted to add balanced diet adding more nutrients. Therefore I had rice with dhal, chicken curry, leaf mallum, papadam and fried potatoes. A rice and curry plate is a colourful, fragrant dish that usually consists of thick, flavourful curry served with fluffy white or brown rice. Tender vegetables, lentils, or meat may be used in the curry, which is seasoned with cumin, coriander, and turmeric. This cosy combo provides a filling, substantial dinner that is a riot of flavours.

I finshed my dinner with fried lentils plate. I love fried lentils very much and it’s taste perfect. Fried lentils have a hint of nuttiness and taste crisp and savoury. When seasoned with cumin, chilli, or salt, they have a delightfully strong flavour and crispy texture. Fryding brings out the natural earthiness of lentils, which makes them a filling, high-protein snack or side dish.

For general health and wellbeing to be maintained, a balanced diet is necessary. It gives the body the vitamins, minerals, and nutrition it needs to function correctly. A balanced diet is one that includes a range of foods from all the food groups and helps to maintain healthy levels of energy, growth, immunity, and prevention of disease. With that I would like to invite @tantawi, @sumon09 and @liasteem to take part in this interesting contest.
