Greeting my dear Steemian friends. A few days ago I visited a famous university in Khulna and today's post is about my visit experience from that famous university KUET, Khulna. Now I am presenting to you my experience during the visit to Khulna University of Engineering and Technology.
We plan in the evening to visit Khulna University of Engineering & Technology abbreviated as KUET. As per our plan we all hired an auto rickshaw and went out to visit KUET situated at a place called Phulbari, 2 km from Shiromani village. I suddenly wanted to visit inside KUET at night so we reached KUET gate in just 10 minutes by auto rickshaw.
It is good to say that permission is not required to enter the premises of this famous university in Khulna. However, for special events or special days, outsiders need permission to enter. Anyway we saw the big gate through which we entered. After entering inside, on the left side of the gate I clearly saw the name of this university where it was written Khulna University of Engineering and Technology
After going further through the gate, I noticed something special and that was the university's acronym written in brick, sand, cement in bold KUET which I liked quite a bit. To be honest the atmosphere there is quite pleasant but it is a bit disappointing that the amount of light is very low in such a big university. Sometimes, while walking through some streets of the university, needing the light of the mobile phone will be annoying.
Then we moved further towards the campus and I realized that the area of this university is huge. Moreover, these campuses are very clean and full of natural air which I liked a lot. After a short walk we came across Shilpakala Academy. This Shilpakala Academy also has a big hotel where the students take their necessary meals. The wall of the academy building had pictures of freedom fighters which I liked a lot and I did a lot of photography there.
Then I went closer to the wall of the Shilpakala Academy and could clearly see the picture designs of the freedom fighters there. After the independence of our country, almost every university of Bangladesh can see such sculptures or designs which awaken the spirit of liberation war in the minds of our young society.
After staying for a while in front of the Shilpakala Academy building, we came out and started walking towards the western end of the university and a little further we saw three huge sculptures inside the KUET university which reminded us of the liberation war.
I liked these sculptures of the 1971 liberation war so much that I took several pictures there with my mobile phone. Apart from us there were several other foreigners and they also wanted to take pictures with this sculpture. Although these sculptures are not new, I still liked the view in a new place.
After spending some time in front of the freedom fighter sculpture, we visited some other buildings of the university. To tell the truth, I felt very good visiting Khulna University of Engineering and Technology because the environment here is very good. Moreover, the university is spread over a large area, making it a great place to explore at leisure. After wandering around for some time, we came again in front of the university gate and went to a small famous Ghugni shop there.
This small Ghugni shop next to Khulna University of Engineering and Technology is quite famous in Khulna and people from far and wide flock to this shop every afternoon since the quality of the food here is very good. So I also went to the Ghugni shop to eat this delicious food and ordered a small bowl of Ghugni for all of us. Here is the price of a small plate of Ghugni 30 BDT or 0.8 Steem
To be honest KUET was much more fun eating ghugni from this small ghugni shop next to the campus that I liked much more. Anyway after eating Ghugni we again went inside the KUET campus and spent some more time there.
After 9 pm we decided to leave the campus and leave for home and then hire an auto rickshaw and leave for your home. After two to three hours of visit to KUET campus, my experience was quite good and I had a lot of fun roaming around that day.
