Assalam o alikum friends welcome to my blog I hope you all are well Today I like to share the herbal detox water method, complete ingredients that needed for making this drink ,this helps your metabolism fast and helpful in weight loss journey the best thing is that having good taste SO guys with out ado let's move on the recipe of the drink..

Ingredients we need
| Ingredients list |
| 3 to 4 Ginger sliced |
| Water 1 litter |
| 1 large Cucumber sliced |
| 2 to 3 cinnamon sticks |
| 1 lemon |
| Few fresh mint leaves |
| Honey (optional) |
Making
 | cut the cucumber 🥒 in sliced don't peel.the skin of it |
 | Added 3 cinnamon sticks in water |
 | 3 to 3 fine cutted ginger sliced. |
 | washed the fresh mint leaves and chopped it then add in water |
 | Cut the lemon in fine sliced. |
Leaves all ingredients for overnight and consuming it in the morning in empty stomach and throughout the whole day ,it's felt you filler and not suppress the hunger used continue till 3 months for magical results .
