Today I am going to share one of my pitha recipe.
Today we will make pitha with two eggs.
It took me a long time to make this pitha. Because cutting the pitha into small pieces and frying it again on low heat is quite time-consuming and laborious.
The ingredients that I need to make this egg pitha are,
*Eggs
*Sugar
*Flour
*Oil
*Knife
*Step One
In this step, I gathered all the necessary things such as sugar, oil, flour, breadcrumbs, and a rolling pin in one place.
*Step Two
In the second step, I broke the egg in a bowl. I put two eggs in a bowl together.
*Step 3
In this step, I added salt and a cup of sugar. I added salt and sugar as per my requirement. Then I started beating the eggs with sugar. I will beat it till it says no.
*Step 4
In the fourth step, when the eggs are melted with the Chinese, I will mix the required amount of flour there. And it will make a dough with the help of hands.
*Step 5
In the fifth step, I cut the dough little by little from the big dough and rolled it with the help of a rolling pin and made another roti.
*Step 6
In this step, I cut the roti with a knife and cut it into the desired shape.
*Step 7
In the seventh step, I made all the dough into roti one by one and cut it into the shape of my choice.
*Step 8
I started frying the cut pithas this time by heating oil in a pan. There is little oil, otherwise these pithas will not be crispy. It is soft and will become soft after a few days of frying.
