Then I steamed it in the oven for a while and then I'll see if it's done. Then when I'm done, I take it off the oven. Then I let it cool a little and slowly remove it from the bowl. This is how I made them all.

What is traditional steam cooking? Why is it considered healthy?

I think of traditional steamed cooking as foods that are usually cooked in a water bath without being submerged in water. Basically, the food is slowly cooked in the steam that is created by boiling the water. A lot of cooking is done in our country in this method. This cooking method requires very little or no oil. Therefore, it does not reduce body fat much. And this food has a lot of nutritional value. Especially, vitamins and minerals in any food are largely intact. The reason is that they do not get lost in water. They are easily digested. Moreover, these foods are comparatively low in calories. In this case, cooking in a steam bath will be much better for health-conscious people.
