I also love to invite some of my Steemian friends – @saikat01, @mueeinislam, @safdarali, and @mehwish-almas for being a part of it by sharing the delicious food and giving chances to be a part of their lives. I always love to eat various kinds of food. I try to taste some new food in my daily menu or experience a portion of new food so without any delay let’s share my food diary with all of you.
🍱🥢 Breakfast 🍱🥢
I always try to eat homemade food in the morning. I like to start the day with nutritious food made at home. This morning, the menu had homemade bread and moong dal. Moong dal is a very powerful food. It helps in preventing various diseases in our body and reducing cholesterol in our body. We always have moong dal in our kitchen because of its various properties.
🍐 Noon - Starfruit Varta 🥗
Around noon, my husband brought Starfruit which we called in our native language kamaranga from the market. Then I ate it well with salt, dry chili, kasundi, and lightly mustard oil. Everyone who likes sour food knows that this kamaranga varta tastes very amazing.
🍛 Lunch 🍛
Today, along with rice, there were many delicious curries for lunch. One item of them was made with mashed potato but in our native language we call this item "Aloo varta". After boiling potatoes mash those and then mix well with salt, onion, green chili, and mustard oil. Mustard oil doubles the taste of this stuffing and it tastes luscious. Along with this, there was chicken curry and lentil dal.
🥪 Evening Snacks 🥪
In the evening's snack three was Chicken Sharma. Among all the snacks, this is one of the most favorite foods. The quality of chicken sharma that I like the most is that it is a food made without oil. Along with Sharma, there was guava stuffing. After the Kamranga stuffing at noon, I wanted to eat more sour food, so I made guava stuffing at home. I cut the guavas into small pieces, mixed them with kasundi and made this stuffing.
🍲 Dinner 🍲
Tonight's dinner was a little different and flavorous. Tonight my husband came to home with Old Dhaka's famous Hazi's Beef Biryani. The biryanis of old Dhaka are incomparable in taste compared to the biryanis of other cities. No matter how hard we try, we cannot bring them the same taste at home. So I never want to miss the opportunity to eat these biryanis. This biryani tasted more with this green salad which was made with cucumber, tomato, onions, and green chili.
Thus, my day passed beautifully with the experience of different tastes of food.
In this food diary game post, all the photos I have taken from my Samsung Galaxy A15 (5G) device and all these photos are exclusively taken only for this renowned #steemit platform. |
