In my opinion if you power up this amount you won't still be in club 100.
You can only be in club 100 when you haven't made any transfer out of your account in 3 months.
It would be better if ST will confirm that because they are the ones making and changing the rules according to the scenario. And according to my scenario, I think I will be eligible but still need the ST comment to confirm it.
