Let's start today's diary game.
I woke up early this morning, went for a walk, and came back after a walk.
And after taking a bath, I got ready and then I got ready for church and went to church and after the service I came back home and it was already noon and today we prepared a nice dish at home.We made a nice dish at home called Chomain.
First, take a cup, add two tablespoons of ghee and half a teaspoon of salt to it, knead it well and put it on the stove. On one side, put water to boil on low speed, in which one tablespoon of ghee and half a teaspoon of salt will be added. Roll out a thin loaf of the dough that we kneaded and cut it into small pieces. After cutting, put it in hot water. After five minutes, take it out. After that, we will make the sauce for Chomain, in which we will add potatoes, cabbage, onions, tomatoes and dry spices. We will chop the vegetables and add one
tablespoon of salt, half a teaspoon of black pepper, one tablespoon of hot spices, one tablespoon of red pepper to the dry ones. We will also put the dry spices on a plate because we will add them after frying the spices. First, take four tablespoons of ghee in the pan, add the onions that you had just chopped. When the onions turn brown, add the tomatoes. After steaming for two minutes, add potatoes. Once the potatoes are shallow fried, close the pan. Add the cabbage. Once the cabbage is preheated, add all the dry spices. After frying for five minutes, add half a cup of water to it on low steam.
