Steemhop Dashboard Bug: Scores Disappeared, Games Not Counted & Ranking Reset

Assalam U Alaikum, I hope everyone is well and enjoying their lives. Yesterday, when I started playing the game, a strange incident happened to me. I logged into the game. After logging in, I used my daily spin. After using it, I played a total of eight games. But after playing eight games, when I opened my dashboard, the total game was 37, although I had played eight games and my total score was 5323.

After seeing such an incident, I was worried but then I did not play the game at that time because the chances I had were very few, so I closed the game and after a while I opened the game again. After opening the game, I played it. I played about 9 to 10 games again but all those games were not counted. Then I looked again in the dashboard and my total games were showing 8 and the score was also showing the same as before but the 10 more games I had played were not counted here.

Because my games were not being counted, I thought it would be foolish to play the game again, so I closed the game again. After closing the game again, I tried to play it again after some time. When I logged in to the game, I got 10 login reward points just like when I was playing the game for the first time in the day. In this way, I got login points and those 10 points were also added to the total history, but the total games played were only showing eight.

At that time I thought that maybe the game has been refreshed and we will play this game again, all our scores will be added again from the new one, so I started playing the game. The first time I played the game, the total score was 128. But after playing this game, when I came back to the dashboard again, those points were not calculated for me, which was the login reward of 10 points, only those were showing in the dashboard.

After refreshing the game, I continued playing the game. I played about three more games in which my score increased and it also showed in the dashboard. But if I look at the dashboard, a total of 11 games are showing there. But in reality, I had played the game three times because when I look at my history on the leaderboard, three games are showing there, but there are 11 in the dashboard.

I didn't play the game all day so that the updates etc. that were being done could be completed. Later, when I played the game in the evening, my score at that time was 379 on the leaderboard, although more than 600 points had been calculated earlier, but those calculated points were gone and new points were shown, the number of which was 379. Similarly, if you look at the leaderboard, my first position started showing there too, although I wasn't in the first position. I don't understand what kind of gameplay was going on yesterday.

I would like to know if there was an update in the game yesterday that caused this or is it a problem on my part because I had calculated more than 5,000 points in one day, then all those points were gone and new points started showing up. Now if I play the game again, I will be far behind in the top 20 rankings. I had achieved a good score on the first day itself to get to the top 20, but it is not being calculated.
