SC-S31-W1 // Bread Making// " Flat Bread ".
Assalamualaikum.
In our country, it is a very normal food nowadays. Which we usually eat in the morning. Especially, these foods are eaten with fried eggs, fried vegetables, meat, etc. However, I personally like to eat paratha very much. It is also eaten with hot paratha, fried vegetables or meat. Seeing this recipe, I was very tempted. Because I thought, let's make paratha a little differently. Since I have made paratha before, this time I made Laccha paratha. Due to the layers of laccha paratha and its crunchy texture, it is actually very delicious to eat.
Usually, normal parathas are different. Which do not have layers. However, because laccha parathas have layers, it creates a very crispy texture. And it is very fun to break and eat. The paratha I made today is laccha paratha. And chicken was brought from the market. All in all, it was amazing to eat. This combination was very tasty. I tried to make the recipe beautifully and share it with you. I hope everyone will like it.

Ingredients required for making Fried Chicken
| Ingredients | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Flour | 2 cup |
| Salt | 1/2 tsp |
| Sugar | 1 tbsp |
| Oil | 1/3 cup |
| Cornflower | 2 tbsp |
| Water | As needed |
Step-1
First I added sugar and salt to the flour. Then I mixed it well. Then I added a little oil and mixed everything well again for a while.
Step-2
Then I heated the water in a pan until it was slightly warm. Because when you add lukewarm water, the paratha becomes both crispy and soft. Then I made a nice soft dough by adding flour little by little. After making the dough, I lightly greased it with a little oil and left it to rest for a while.
Step-3
After resting, I took the dough and kneaded it with my hands for a while. Then I divided it into pieces to make parathas. Then I took one piece of dough and kneaded it very thinly and made a roti.
Step-4
I mixed the cornflour with a little oil and mixed it well. Then I spread it on the top of the paratha. Then I cut several marks on the top of this paratha with the help of a knife. I separated it completely.
Step-5
Now I took the parathas from all sides and folded them lengthwise. Then I made round shapes from both sides and brought them together in the middle to make the shape of laccha paratha. After making it, I greased it with oil mixed with cornflour and then kept it for rest for about 10 minutes.
Step-6
Here I made it in a different way. First I poured oil mixed with cornflour on it. Then, without cutting it, I basically folded it into a round shape.
Step-7
After resting for 10 minutes, I rolled out these Laccha parathas one by one. But I didn't make them too thin. I kept them a little thick. Then when the frying pan got hot, I put these parathas in it and fried them well on both sides and then added oil. This is how the delicious Laccha parathas were made.

| What type of bread do you make at your home. Have you tried flat bread before?(2 Mark) |

Today I made Laccha Paratha. Which is very tasty and popular. Basically it is not available in local markets. Laccha Paratha is available while eating various restaurants or Chinese food. In our house, flat bread which is called roti or paratha is always made. It is known as daily food in our society. It is very fun to eat these. However, I made it a little differently so that there is a little difference among everyone. There are different processes for making Laccha Paratha. However, I made it very easily so that anyone can try it anytime.
