Hello everyone It’s again @bushramalik. Today I'm here to take part in the weekly Drawing contest which is about Draw The Dragon Fruit. organised by @enamul17 in the Steem For Pakistan.
I really like Drawing but I never draw this fruit. Today for the competition I really want to try this I hope you all like it and appreciate it.
Let me answer the questions first about the fruit.
Describe about the fruit.
Dragon fruit, also known as pitaya or the strawberry pear, is a beautiful tropical fruit that is sweet and crunchy. The plant the fruit comes from is actually a type of cactus of the genus Hylocereus, which includes about 20 different species. Originally popular in Southeast Asia and Latin America, dragon fruit is now grown and enjoyed all over the world. Though it may look intimidating with its pinkish red skin and light green scales, preparing this unusual fruit is easy. You can enjoy eating it in fruit salads, it can be used to create tasty drinks and desserts, and it is a wonderful, healthy snack on its own.

No, i’ve not eaten this fruit and I even don’t know how it actually taste.
Morning is usually the best time to consume fruits. That is because the digestive system quickly breaks down the fruit sugar to give your body all the nutrients. However, you can also eat dragon fruit as a mid-meal snack or at night.

Do you buy this fruit from the market or have your own fruit trees? How much is it worth in your area ?
No, I haven’t bought this fruit from the market because it’s not common in my area. and I even don’t think people here eat or buy this fruit because it’s very expensive it my area it’s almost 3000-3200 pkr per kg.
How was your reaction after eating this fruit? What is your opinion about its taste?
I never taste it.
Would you like to plant this fruit tree at home or suggest us to plant it? Why?
No, because I haven’t any idea or knowledge about this fruit much so I don’t know whether one should plant it or not.
