Thanks for sharing this oil recipe. We use amla in different ways as there is a tree in the park just in front of the house. I do not use oil but my wife is a great fan.
If you have an Amla tree and Amla fruit is planted along with it, then you should definitely try making this oil, it's amazing, I've tried it many times.
See we have just plucked about one and a half kag and will use it raw and by making curry of it. We use it in place of pickle.
