@elsa-queen is back with positive vibes and with a happy heart besties. Today I am feeling very blessed and excited to share my joy with you all.
The post of today is all about homemade happiness ๐. I made fresh and crunchy fried chicken. It is crispy on the outside and the juicy inside. Cooking always brings peace to my heart. Besties sharing it here makes the moment even more special. A big thank you to my lovely maโam @suboohi for this amazing Steemit challenge. Yes I love crispy fried chicken. Its crispy outer layer and soft and juicy inside taste really pleases the heart. I have also prepared this dish at home and my experience was really good. Initially I was a little afraid that I might not get the same crunch as the market at home but when the chicken was fried to a golden color, the joy doubled. The homemade crispy chicken is not only fresh but we can also add spices to it according to our taste. The best part is that we have our own control over the oil and ingredients. This is better for health. When my kids tasted the chicken and praised it. My hard work paid off. For me the homemade crispy chicken is not just a meal but a pleasant experience.

I started making the recipe. First of all I had already cleaned and prepared the chicken. You guys have also seen that I had already arranged the ingredients. While arranging the ingredients I was thinking that the most effort is actually in setting the ingredients beautifully and taking the picture. Anyways After that I took the chicken leg pieces and made cuts on them so that the spices could be absorbed well inside. Then I put all the chicken pieces in a bowl. I prepared them for the next step. Thus the first step of the recipe was completed.

Then I started the marinating process of the chicken. I added soy sauce and chili sauce to the leg pieces of chicken. I added two tablespoons of each sauce, but you can increase or decrease the amount according to your taste. At this stage, I mixed the chicken well so that the sauce would be evenly distributed on each piece and the taste would be enhanced.

Then I added all the other spices that were mentioned earlier. After that I added about two tablespoons of lemon juice. This makes the chicken more tender and flavorful. Along with this I also added two to three tablespoons of ketchup. So that the taste of the marination becomes more delicious and balanced. I used all these ingredients so that the chicken marination is really great and every piece is full of flavor. In this way, by adding all the spices well. I prepared the chicken for a delicious marination.

Then I mixed all the spices and sauces well in the chicken. I did this process with my hands so that the spices were well absorbed into the chicken. The flavor was even in each piece. After mixing the chicken well. I left it to marinate. I let the chicken marinate for about an hour. So that the flavor of the spices could be well absorbed into the chicken. This way the chicken was fully marinated before frying. It was ready to be delicious in terms of taste.

Then when the marinating time was over. I put the flour in a plate. Then I added a little salt to it to balance the taste. I also added some red chili flakes to add more spiciness. I mixed the flour, salt and red chili flakes well. So that all these ingredients were evenly mixed and the coating was ready to fry. Thus everything was ready to make the chicken perfectly crispy and flavorful.

Then I put half a kilo of ghee in a pan and put it on the stove to heat. I heated the ghee on medium heat so that it was fully cooked and could give the chicken the perfect crunch for frying.

Then I started the process of coating the marinated chicken. I put the flour I had prepared on a plate. I applied it well to the chicken pieces with the help of my hands. So that each piece was evenly coated. After coating the chicken.
I placed it in a bowl of water. t
The water was at room temperature. It is not too cold and not too hot. This way the chicken coating was well set and ready for frying. This method ensures that the flour sticks evenly to each piece of chicken. It turns out crispy and delicious after frying.

After removing the chicken from the water. I also added sesame seeds to this flour. I mixed well so that each piece is evenly coated. It looks more crispy after frying. After this I recoated the leg pieces which I removed from the water. I recoated them as needed. This way I prepared all my chicken pieces well. So that they were perfectly coated and ready for frying. After this step the chicken was completely ready for frying.

Then when the ghee in the pan was well heated. I started adding the leg pieces to the pan. The heat was kept on medium. So that the chicken gets cooked well and turns golden on the outside. After adding the chicken pieces.I did not stir them at all for about three to four minutes. Because if we stir it too quickly. The coating can get damaged and the chicken pieces can't become crunchy. So I let the chicken fry on one side for three minutes. So that it gets nicely golden and crispy on one side.

Then after about three to 4 four minutes. I turned the chicken pieces over. I started frying the other side too. After about twelve minutes. When I stirred the chicken I saw that it had become very deliciously golden and crispy. The smell of the chicken while frying was very amazing. The aroma spread throughout the kitchen. Then just seeing it made my heart happy. This moment definitely increases the desire to eat for everyone.
