♦️Concept of near sightedness?
Source
Myopia, which is known as near-sightedness, is an ordinary vision state where you can see items that's close clearly, but the distance items materialise blurry, which means difficult to see clearly (blurry). These have been caused by eyeballs that are too long or cornea that's curved steeply. Breaking it down the cornea is the inner part of the eye that helps the eye to focus. So it happens when the shape of the eye makes light focus in front of the retina instead of directly on it. The worst part of it is that myopia has no cure, but you can make use of corrective lenses or through refractive surgery to help your eye health.
♦️Concept of far-sightedness?
Source
Far-sightedness is also called hyperopia, and this is just the opposite side of myopia. It is a system where you can see distance items clearly, but the close items will appear blurry, for instance, when reading. Naturally, it is caused when your eyeball grows too shorter than normal one, or the cornea is being too little, and it's incurable. The only solution to it is by using lenses or refractive surgery to help correct the eye errors.
Here are the common symptoms of hyperopia that you need to know.
- Eye strain (which means your eyes will be scratching you always)
- Blurry vision-That is you can't be able to see clearly when reading books or making use of your computer.
- Headache, it might happen whenever you do close-up tasks such as reading.

Inclusion if you're in these situations, either myopia or hyperopia, make sure you contact lenses for prescription. Secondly, when reading provides a good light that's not affecting your eye and also dont spend too much time on your phones, television or anything brightness that might affect your eyes. Always visit your doctor or any health care for proper assessment.
Thank you all for reading my post, and have a wonderful day 🤝

When one want to read, he or she should make sure that the reading room is bright enough for reading because when one read in a dark room it will affect the eyes.
