Darussalam Hagu Selatan Mosque, Lhokseumawe City

On this happy occasion, I would like to review a beautiful mosque located in Hagu Selatan Village, Lhokseumawe City. This village has been home to my family and I for almost five years. The mosque is called the Darussalam Hagu Selatan Mosque.

The mosque, which is still under construction, looks truly enchanting, especially at night. The Darussalam Mosque is located on Jalan Antara-Alkalali, Hagu Selatan Village, Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City, Aceh. The mosque's proximity to a private hospital makes it easy to find. If you are heading to or passing by Sakinah Hospital in South Hagu Village, your eyes will be drawn to the magnificent white building with its elegant blue dome.

The Darussalam Hagu Selatan Mosque is built on a vast plot of land. The area around the mosque is very comfortable, with ample parking for both two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles. The mosque's parking area even serves as parking for the hospital located in the front yard. Revenue from parking goes to the mosque's treasury for the ongoing construction phase. A covered parking area is provided for motorcycles, protecting them from the hot sun and rain.

The ablution area, a crucial part of a mosque, is clean, providing comfort for worshippers and visitors who wish to rest. There are also ablution areas behind the motorcycle parking area and on the other side of the Darussalam Mosque. The Darussalam Mosque boasts a beautiful and modern architectural design, typical of the Middle East. The mosque's walls are adorned with distinctive Islamic carvings, which appear even more beautiful when exposed to sunlight. The white of the mosque, combined with the blue of the dome, creates an even more beautiful view.

The interior of the mosque is stunning, with its turquoise mihrab adorned with gold ornaments and Arabic calligraphy. The inner dome, meanwhile, is adorned with stunning circular patterns, complemented by a large golden chandelier. The Darussalam Mosque is currently under construction and nearing completion. However, the mosque still needs generous alms and donations from Muslims. The mosque construction committee is ready to accept donations from any servant of Allah who wishes to contribute a small amount of their wealth to the mosque's construction, either in cash or via bank transfer.
