Homemade Vitality Ketchup
Hello everyone this me @isha-reham I hope you are all doing well and enjoying the beautiful flavours of the Homemad Ketchup Theme contest. today I am very excited to shared my entry which is a Homemade Vitality Ketchup rich with herbs full of flavors and bursting with health benefats. Unlike store boughts ketchup this recipe is 100% natural preservative free and pack with herball goodnes

Ingredients
| Ingredient | Quantity |

| Fresh Tomatoes | 1 kg |
| Coriandr (Fresh) | 1 small bunch |
| Mint | 1 smal bunch |
| Garlic | 6 cloves |
| Ginger | 1 tablespoon |
| Green Chili | 2 |
| Salt | 1 tablespon |
| Red Chili Powder | 1 tablespoon |
| Turmeric | 1 teaspoon |
| Sugar | 200g |
| Vinegars (Grape or White) | 3 tablespoons |
| Coking Oil | 2 tablespoons |
Step-by-Step Recipe
Step 1: Washed and Clean the Herbs
First of all taks the freshes mint and coriander leave and wash them thoroughly under clean running water. This step is very impotant to removed all the dusts soil and any impurites. Once they are cleaned keep them aside so that the exces water drain off.

Step 2: Boiles the Tomatoe
Now take the clean pot and filled it with enough water to boiled the tomatos. Add the tomatos into the pot and lets them boil on medium heat. Cook them well until the tomatos skin begin to lose and peell off easily. This helps in blending them smoothly later.

Step 3: Blend to Create the Flavor Base
Once the tomatoes are boiled remove their skin and chop them slightly. Add them to a blender along with:
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Green Chilies

Blends everything together until a smoothen paste is forms. This blend mixture is the main flavour base of our herbal ketchup filled with natural aromas and taste.
Step 4: Haet the Oil
Now take the another pot add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and slightly warms it on low heast. This will help released the flavour when we add the blend mixture.

Step 5: Cooked the Blended Mixture
Pours the blended tomatos mixture into the pot with oil and cooked it on low flame. Stir occasionally so it doesn’t sticks to the botom. Slowly you will notic the raw smell of garlic and ginger disappearing and a nice appetizing aroma begin to risee
Step 6: Added Spices & Vinegar
When the mixture starts to thicken slightly add the following:
1 tbsp Salt (or to taste)
Red Chili Powder (to taste)
Turmeric Powder
Sugar
Mixig well and let it cook for the few minutes so the spices blend perfectly with the tomatos base.

At the end added 3 tbsp vinegar mix properly and cooked for the another 2–3 minutes. Vinegar not only enhancs the taste but also increaseed shelf life of the ketchup.

My Homemade Vitality Ketchup is Ready
Switched off the flame and then allow the ketchup to cooll. You will notic a riched colr a smooth texture and a wonderfulll aroma of herbs. Store it in the clean glass of jar and keep it in the refrigeratur.
