My favorite food that I enjoy in winter is spaghetti and stew. Normally rice is my favorite food but I consume spaghetti the more in winter because it is the food that I do feel like eating the most during winter. I like eating white spaghetti and stew because of how yummy it is and because it is very easy to prepare and eating it while it is still hot is how I enjoy it the most.

Yes, there is a specific ingredient that makes it unique for me. Preparing the stew sauce with meat, fresh fish, green beans, and carrots usually makes the food unique for me. Fresh fish gives more taste to stew and when it is mixed with beef, along with some sliced carrots and green beans into the stew you will enjoy eating spaghetti preparing my spaghetti in winter with these aforementioned ingredients usually makes it unique for me.

How your favorite food is prepared? Provide us with a short overview.

It Is very easy to prepare spaghetti and stew sauce which is no different from the way rice and stew are prepared. Having said so, the first stage should be cooking the spaghetti half-done precisely and keep aside.

For the stew sauce, you will have to first cook your meat, fresh fish, etc, and keep them aside. After doing all that slice the onions, slice the carrot and green beans, grind the pepper, and keep them all aside. After that put your pot on the fire and allow it to get heat before putting in vegetable oil, add sliced onion and then tomato and fry then put all the necessary ingredients with a little quantity of water and allow to get thick.
