Hi everyone, Steemit family and respected mods! |

Prayer:
O Allah. Accept our fasting, worship and prayers in this blessed month, send blessings upon our homes and grant us the wealth of health and faith. Amen, O Lord of the Worlds.
It's @m-princess from Punjab. I hope you are all well. I am also completely fine and I am very grateful to Allah Almighty for once again giving us a month of blessings and blessings like Ramadan. Today I am sharing this special post with all of you in which I am sharing the beauty of Ramadan. The splendor of Sehri and Iftar and some of the Iftar items I have prepared with you. Ramadan is not just about being hungry and thirsty. But it is the best opportunity to train your soul learn patience and gratitude and get closer to Allah Almighty. The silence of Sehri time the blessing of intention and the peace after Fajr prayer give a strange relief to the heart. After fasting all day when Maghrib time approaches. I feel a special joy in preparing for Iftar. |
|---|
First of all I prepared a delicious and healthy drink for Iftar from milk orange banana, almonds and dates. Breaking the fast with dates is the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ and it provides instant energy. Milk gives strength to the body. Almonds are good for the brain and fruits provide vitamins to the body.
After fasting all day such foods relieve the weakness of the body and refresh it. However if too much sugar is added to it or consumed in excessive quantities. It can also burden the stomach so moderation is very important. Ramadan teaches us this lesson that we should adopt moderation in everything and be grateful for the blessings of Allah.
Pakoras are the life of the iftar table. As soon as the sound of pakoras in oil is heard. The aroma spreads throughout the house and everyone eagerly awaits the evening call to prayer. Potato onion or spinach fritters are very tasty. And they take away the fatigue of the day. Their advantage is that they give instant energy and add charm to the table. But since it is a fried item eating too much can also cause indigestion acidity or weight gain. Therefore it is better to add salad or yogurt along with the pakoras to maintain balance. The real beauty of Ramadan lies in worship Taraweeh recitation of the Holy Quran and prayer. So it is important to arrange spiritual food along with food.
Similarly I prepared fruit cream chaat with special enthusiasm. When fruits of different colors are decorated on a plate the heart becomes happy. Apples bananas grapes and other seasonal fruits not only enhance the taste but are also very beneficial for health. The fiber and vitamins present in fruits give strength to the body and improve the digestive system. Adding cream makes its taste more delicious but if there is too much sugar or cream. It can also be harmful to health. Therefore it is better to use it in appropriate quantities. Ramadan teaches us simplicity gratitude and sharing. At the time of iftar when all the family members sit together offer each other water and dates and pray a strange joy and acceptance arises in the heart.
Ramadan is actually a month of love compassion and worship. This month we pray not only for ourselves. But also for others give charity and take care of helping the needy. This is the real spirit of this month to purify our hearts and seek the pleasure of Allah Almighty.
Closing Prayer:
O Allah. Grant us the ability to appreciate Ramadan forgive our sins and grant us the opportunity to complete this month with health and faith Ameen.
