SCS32-W4 || Real-Life Problem Solving Challenge: Reduce Mobile Addiction
Steemian Friends,
Today, I will participate in a challenge by @ahsansharif brother in Steemit challenge 32 week 04. The name of the challenge is SCS32-W4 || Real-Life Problem Solving Challenge: Reduce Mobile Addiction. I hope everyone likes my writing.

The picture is my reality, sitting here like this, I write blogs every day on my mobile phone at work.
I use my mobile for approximately four hours every day. The main purpose of my mobile use is to learn, gather information, and write online. For the past four years, I have been using the Steemit platform the most. On this platform, I regularly write blog posts on various topics. I love writing about travel, food, nature, technology, and daily life experiences. To write a good blog post, I take pictures, gather information, edit the writing, and then publish it on Steemit. Through this, I get the opportunity to meet new people and increase my knowledge on various topics. I also get new ideas and inspiration by reading other people's writings. It is easy to write anytime through mobile, so it has become an important work medium for me. I sometimes watch YouTube or use social media for entertainment, but I spend most of my time writing quality blogs on Steemit and actively engaging with the community. I write blogs on my mobile during office work and submit them later at night when I go home. I write on my mobile but use a laptop to post.

I mainly use my mobile phone for two reasons. First, I write blogs regularly. Mobile is my most important medium for collecting information on various topics, taking pictures, editing the writings, and publishing them online. I have been publishing blogs regularly, especially on the Steemit platform, for the last few years. I like to write about travel, food, nature, technology, and various experiences in daily life. Second, I love watching cricket. I can easily watch live matches, highlights, and post-match analysis of various domestic and international tournaments through my mobile. I enjoy following the performance of my favorite players and getting the latest news. I also use my mobile to search for information on the internet, keep in touch with friends, and learn something new when necessary. However, I try to control my mobile usage by completing the necessary tasks so that it does not negatively affect my daily work or personal life.

I sometimes watch World Cup football and cricket matches live on my mobile.
To reduce screen time, I like to spend more time on three physical activities. The first is gardening. Taking care of plants, planting new seedlings, and watering them regularly brings me closer to nature and gives me mental peace. The second is fish farming. Taking care of the pond, feeding the fish, and monitoring their growth is a pleasant and responsible task. It also spends time well and reduces the opportunity for mobile use. The third is traveling with family. Going to different places with family members, enjoying new surroundings, and spending time together is very valuable to me. These activities keep me physically active, mentally refreshed, and help me reduce unnecessary screen time. So, whenever I get the chance, I make time for these activities and try to give more importance to real-life experiences.

I work in my fruit garden at my village home every Friday on weekends.

I travel two days a week to post reviews using the Steem-atlas pin code.
I have noticed several positive changes as a result of reducing screen time. The biggest benefit is that my physical and mental stress has decreased a lot. As I have reduced the habit of staring at my mobile for a long time, I also experience less eye strain, headaches, and discomfort than before. By dedicating time to activities like regular walks, gardening, and taking care of fish, I am able to stay more active. In addition, due to the changes in lifestyle, the problem of fatty liver has decreased slightly compared to before, and I have become more aware of my health. I am getting the opportunity to spend more time with family members; as a result, my relationships have become more sincere. I am getting enough sleep, my attention has increased, and my interest in work has also increased. Now I can be more focused while writing a blog and can think well and create quality writing. Overall, keeping screen time under control has significantly improved my health, mental well-being, and daily life balance.
To avoid excessive screen time, I would advise everyone to develop some healthy habits in their daily lives. Gardening, taking care of trees, or participating in other physical activities during their free time reduces dependence on mobile phones. Spending time with family, talking, eating together, or going out strengthens relationships and reduces the need for screens. When you get the chance, going on trips, enjoying the beauty of nature, and exploring new places keeps your mind fresh. Along with this, you should develop the habit of exercising regularly, reading books, and not using your mobile phone except for certain times. This will keep both your body and mind healthy and will bring more positive changes in your life.
