SCS32-W3 || Real Life Problem Solving Challenge: Time Management

01, How do you organize your daily schedule?

In response to the first question, I can definitely organize and write in my own way because I always take care to be aware of time regarding routines. Time is extremely important; if even a second is missed, we cannot get that second back. Moreover, Allah Ta'ala and the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) have taught the importance of paying attention to time.

At the institution where I work, I have to follow their routine according to the organization. That routine always aligns with the teachings of the Prophet and Islam. Attending classes on time, eating at the proper times, sleeping at the correct time, and performing the five daily prayers in congregation are all included. This routine places great importance on time, and through this routine, I can spend my time very effectively.

In this routine, I have to follow the institution's rules, according to whatever the institution has given. I have to attend classes on time, perform prayers on time, eat at the proper times, and take our breaks at the correct times. But even in this, I have my personal tasks, and the importance of some personal time, which I can organize personally in a routine and arrange my time beautifully.

For example, I have shown in the picture below a notebook where I have written down what I do in the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. I have arranged it according to the importance of time, which helps me organize my time beautifully. I follow this routine in advance according to these rules, and I have presented it to you in a new way through the picture.

Morning Time:

• Fojor Namaj to class - 4.00 to 9.00 AM
• breakfast and rest - 9.00 to 12.00 PM
• posting and voting on my platform within the rest

Noon & Afternoon Time:

• bath, Prayer, Eating - 12.00 to 2.00 PM
• my class & Asar Prayer - 2.00 to 5.00 PM
• platform and personal work, and Maghrib prayer - 5.00 to 7.00 PM

Night Time:

• Quran Class & Isha Prayer - 7.00 to 9.00 PM
• Dinner and Personal Work - 9.00 to 11.00 PM
• Long Night Sleep - 11.00 To 4.00 AM

02 What is the most important activity in your day that takes up the most of your time and is also essential? With original images.

In response to this question, I want to give the correct answer because I work in an organization, and it can be called the service of the Quran since I serve the Quran and was born as a Muslim and want to remain a Muslim. As a Muslim, the most important information and book is the Holy Quran. I am very happy serving this Quran. And during the day, I spend most of my time on the Quran, which I consider as my service or job.

Through this service of the Quran, I treat time as important. It is essential for me because it is through the Quran that I achieve everything myself and encourage good deeds. I prohibit bad deeds. At the same time, my time is not wasted; I can use it for important work. Besides this work, I also have some work on this platform in which I use important time of the day.

03 What is the technique that saves you time?

You have asked a great question. To answer this question, I must first know the strategies I use to save time. This is a very important point because, at other times, to make sure I don’t waste time, I must know these strategies. Personally, I follow these strategies to save my time.

Firstly, if I am sitting in class, I have to do two things. One is to listen to the lessons being taught. The other is to sit quietly so that they can sit and study, fearing that I am present. When I am sitting without listening to the lessons, I work on platforms using my mobile.

This sitting quietly, which I do consciously, is how I save my time. Another thing I give more importance to is reading books. To make sure time isn’t wasted, whenever I find any free time during my work, I prefer to read books. This way, my time is not wasted. I spend my time using strategies like this.

04 Have you ever struggled with poor time management? How have you improved it?

By weak times, what we actually mean is that being weak doesn't really mean being weak; rather, it is expressing our lack of capability and helplessness. Many moments in life have passed where I wasted my time through idleness, and now there is no way other than regretting it. Therefore, it is important to be the most hardworking and to make use of time instead of wasting it.

When I do not come to this platform or when I do not work here, my time is spent wasting in other ways. In most cases, I have wasted time on my mobile phone. Besides that, even after getting a job, I spent time on Facebook and YouTube before coming to this platform. I realized this problem and now I have refrained from it.

05 What advice would you give to others to manage their time better?

You have asked a wonderful question, but to answer this question, I would need to be more knowledgeable and qualified. However, I feel that if I give you advice based on my current experience, that advice would be very valuable. Time in life is wasted when you do not practice your religion. Whatever religion you follow, time should be used according to the rules of that religion.

	Think religiously and keep thinking your time is very important

I am a follower of Islam. Wasting time in Islam is considered a major sin. The time that should be given the most importance is to the work of Islam. Since I am a person of Islamic faith, I would advise my friends to use their time in such beneficial work. Use it for the work of the Quran, and let every moment be free from lies and sins.
