How are you all .I am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan.I hope everybody fine too Today here I am share you ridge gourd recipe In my style.

Let's move towards and starts

Things we need
IngredientsQuantity
Ridge gourd1 kg
Oilas required
Red chilli1 tsp
Chilli flacks1 tsp
Turmeric powder1 tsp
Saltas required
Green chilli3-4
Tomatoes twopury
Cumine seeds1tsp
Curry leaves3-4
Kolangihalf tsp

Procedure with step by step

Wash in water peel and cut the ridge gourd in medium size.

Take a pen add in oil, cuminseeds,curry leaves,garlic ,kolangi frying 2-3 minutes.

Add tomato pury and green chilli.mixed all the ingredients in ridge gourd.

Add in rideg gourd and coved it The water content in the ridge gourd is very high, so I covered it with a cloth so that the water content would decrease a bit.

Then add spices,chilli flacks,salt, Red chilli turmeric,mixed all the spices with ridge gourd.

When all the water in the ridge gourd has dried up, fry it.when oil surface the pen it's mans fried ridge gourd is ready to served.

Final presentation of my delicious dish

So guys,This is my final presentation.I hope you like it it's very delicious .it's summer dish .we often made this dish in lunch time .and I served them with naan.Because I believe that seasonal vegetables and fruits are always beneficial for health.Tori (ridge gourd) is a nutritious vegetable rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. It helps improve digestion, supports a healthy digestive system, and keeps the body hydrated due to its high water content. Being low in calories, it is an excellent choice for maintaining a healthy diet and overall well-being.
