Welco to my belog,how are you all .I am @roohiasif99 from Pakistan.I hope everybody fine too.Today here I am participating this wonderful contest which organized by @ suboohi.I am Thankful for my lovely teacher and whole steemit team.your efforts and hard work visible in your post.I am very happy to be a part of the learning challenge .This week we had learned bread making ||sweet bread.and follow my teacher recipe .
Let's move to wards and starts
Things we need
| Ingredients | Quantity |
| Flour | 250gm |
| Eggs | 2 |
| Yeast | 10 gm |
| Sugar | 100 gm |
| Oil | 100 gm |
| Salt | 1 tsp |
| Milk | 150gm |

| Procedure with step by step |
Take a bowl add in sugar half cup of warm milk `after that I add in bowl 2 tsp of yeast .mixed all the ingredients and keep aside for 10 minutes to activate yeast.
Take a bowl add in flour ,eggs,oil,salt,active yeast mixed all the ingredients very well .
After that I started knead the dough.I knead the dough well with my hands.its necessary to rise up the dough.
After that, I covered the dough because it is very important to give the dough after kneading it so that it rises properly.I set it aside for two hours.
Now I checked and my dough .it was rise up. After that I picked up my dough and placed it on the counter and started kneading it with my hands and trying to remove the air inside it.
When I was satisfied with the dough, kneading it well and removing the air from it, I divided the dough into equal sizes and made balls out of it.I like round shape of sweet bun.so I had not given any shape.
I made balls of equal size dough and left it to rest for a while and covered it with a cloth so that it's further rise up.
On the other hand greased the oil in try .I keep it balls on try .I had already prepared head the ovan 180 degree.
Then I broke the egg and after beating it, I covered the egg,sugar on top of the bread balls with the help of a brush.andckeep it in ovan for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes I checked my bread completely cooked .I take out the ovan

So guys This is my final presentation.I hope you like it it's very delicious soft fluffy .And as soon as I ate it, my heart became happy.Thanks my lovely friend share us very easy and yummy recipe.

I have been eating bread with great enthusiasm since the beginning, especially sweet bread and feeling bread.My father used to buy bread from a famous bakery because he knew that I loved sweet bread.Even today, testing this bread, I feel as if I just ate it today.Then as I grew older, my passion for baking grew, and now I can easily make different types of bread at home By making it, I am happy and I also fulfill my passion.
