First let's talk about the ingredients:
- 1kg Fish
- 1Tbsp Coriander Seeds (Dry dhaniya)
- 4 Cloves garlic
- Half cup Chickpea Flour (Besan)
- Half cup ketchup
- 3Tbsp vinegar
- 1Tsp red paper you can take it according to you love for spice
- 3 packet's Saif fish masala i bought it from the shop from where i bought the fish
- 1Tsp salt
- 1Tsp Hot spice blend
Making:
So first when you bought the fish from the shop cut it into the small square pieces or as usual the person in the shop cuts the fish and then soak it in the half cup vinegar for an hour so the smell form it is removed after an hour just wash the fish with warm water. After that you need to take the cloves of the garlic and dhaniya add it to a mix and blend it and then it will become a paste like as you can see in the image i have uploaded and then add it to the fish and mix it well. after that mix hot blend spices and red paper with each other and then mix it with the fish after that take the slat and add it to the fish after that take the saif fish masala and add it properly to the fish and know leave the fish for and hour do the fish absorb the spices all the ingredients inside it so when you eat it you fell the ingredients. so this is how the fish look's when you add the all ingredients to the fish. as after an hour you guys can see this white powder or yellowish powder on the fish this is besan and just 1Tbsp water so then mix then fish properly and then leave it for just 5 to 10 min.NOW LET"S SET THE FLAME
SO this time me and my mom/mother decided to cook with the help of wood so i go up and start arranging the materials like matchsticks and papers and wood etc.
so as you guys can see that the flame is very good lets keep he katahi on it and pour oil.
ATTENTION :- i have used mustard oil ( Sarso ka tail ) so it is not necessary that u also have to use this oil you can use shama oil or any other oil.
so after the oil becomes hot lets the GAME BEGIN
SO as you guys can see that my mother is cooking the fish in the oil and the bubbles and most important the smell the feeling and in this cold night with this fish.after that when the fish is cooked according to the flame then just take out the fish from oil and enjoyPricing:

Important:
Some people thinks that why to use besan the reason is this that because of it the fish become crispy.
Honest review:
I always hat fish i never use to eat it in my past but from last 7-9 months i have stared eating it and know i love it the reason is my mother change the style of cooking it.She use to cook it as usually like cut it soak it and just some spice and then fry and eat but know the timing ingredients and last but not the least besan it changed game.
