SEC-S17 /W6| “What do you prefer to do in your leisure time?
Good day my dear friends, today I am starting to talk about the Steem for Pakistan contest, which is hosted by @hive-180106. We spend our leisure time doing the things that we most like. It may be sport, music, game, dance, gardening, reading, pottery etc. Even though people are busy with the most essential aspects of their lives, they always manage their time to engage in leisure activities, because they recognize the value of such. Now, let’s move to our topic.
Reading a book or listening to music?
A lot of people like to spend their free time reading books and listening to music. I enjoy both, but I really love reading books. When I was little, my father taught me and my siblings how important it is to read books. He always made sure to provide us with new books to read. We even had competitions among our family members to see who could finish a book the fastest. Sometime we used to read even while our mother was feeding us with our meals.
Even after I got married and had kids, I continue to read whenever I could. Every month, I set aside some money to buy a few books for myself and my children. I wanted them to love reading as much as I do, so I made sure they had a large selection of books to chose from.
However, I no longer favor that habit; instead, I enjoy listening to music. I can hear them while going about my daily activities, which might be the reason for it. However, I never stop reading and occasionally read articles on websites.
Social media, using Instagram or Facebook?
On social media, I prefer Facebook over Instagram. While I do not have an Instagram account, I find Facebook to be more attractive and useful for a variety of reasons. Facebook allows me to effortlessly connect with friends and family from all around the world. I can post updates about my life, such as photographs and videos, and see what others are up to. It's also an excellent place to join groups based on my interests and connect with others who have similar hobbies or views. Overall, Facebook feels like a comfortable and familiar place where I can stay connected and entertained.
A movie Night with friends or family? why?
I would choose a movie night with my family because it makes me feel comfortable watching a movie with my family. When I watch a movie with my family, it helps me to create good memories as well as strengthen our bonds. While watching a funny movie, we can laugh together while sharing snacks and enjoying one other's company. Most of our activities are family-oriented, such as going to the theatre.
Keeping a pet at home, Cat or Dog? Tell us the reason. OR If you prefer to spend time in the lap of nature and planting, then let us know.
I have a pet dog at my home, I would like to spend my free time with him, watching his adorable behaviors. But mostly I like to spend time outside with my furry companion because it refreshes and comforts me. I enjoy sitting under trees, walking along the beach, and being outside because it brings me joy and makes me feel more connected to the world around me.
And having a dog with me makes such occasions even more important. We have wonderful memories of exploring and experiencing the outdoors together, and my bond with my dog grows stronger.

There is no substitute for reading books to increase our range of knowledge. No doubt your father taught you and your siblings something very important. I used to read books while eating when my board final exams were going on. Like you, I love Facebook and have an Instagram account but don't log into it. My Instagram account was created for a work purpose. I love spending time with my family, watching movies, travelling. Nice to read your post and best of luck dear.

Every one loved to enjoyed there spare time as he liked happy to read that reading different books since your childhood and now you taught/transfer in your kids as well as your father did with you and your siblings, unfortunately the modern era away from books,they got fast and easy way for finding there quires for that google and other apps with second provide your details of every topic but it is good you bought books and seeking knowledge from it and it's shown in your quality content post.
Watching movies with family the best way of strong bounding between family members and also spent time with family beautiful memories built up .
Outside walk with your pet even more important you had wonderful memories of exploring and experiencing the outdoors togetherness . wishing you success for challenge.

I love your choice of reading over music, I'm happy that you still read at this age where reading culture had suddenly vanished in our society. People hardly read, students now resolved to a short cut instead of reading.

Yes, I believe that most of the time, this reading habit persists among people in our age. We seldom come with young people who continue to practice this habit. Children are missing out on reading time because of social media. Thank you for the lovely remakes.
