SCS32-W3 || Real Life Problem Solving Challenge: Time Management

Trust you are all fine. I am here to share my opinion on another important topic "time management" . I think time ⌚ is very precious thing in this world. Understanding the value of time is very important for getting success. So let's talk how I manage my time.

◉How do you organize your daily schedule?◉

I like to keep my daily shedule simple and organize. In morning I gets up early and say my prayer Fajr. Next that I recite Holy Quran that give me peace and positive start of day. Then I get ready for school. I work as teacher so from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm I remain busy to teach students.

When I came back to home I take short break. It was about 30 minutes to relax. After that I have my lunch and prepare for my next duty. From 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm I teach students in my the brains academy. Next from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm I go for home tuition.

To manage all this activities I use my notebook. I write my daily tasks and timing in it. This simple method help me do my responsibilities and stay focused all day. It also prevent me from wasting time on unnecessary activities. In night I check my notebook and make sure I completed my important tasks.

◉What is the most important activity in your day that takes up the most of your time and is also essential? With original images.◉

Most important activity in my daily life is teach. I am teacher and I spend most my day with students. From school hours to academy classes and home tuition. Teaching take nearly ten hours of my day.

I believe education is a noble profession because it helps build future of young people. Teaching not only give me income but also give me satisfaction. When I see my students learning new things and improving their skills I felt peace.

Although teaching requires lot of energy and patience I enjoy it very much. Every day I meet different students solve their problems and help them understand difficult topics. This activity is big part of my day. It keep me productive and motivate all day.

◉What is the technique that saves you time?◉

One technique that save a lot my time is my planning. I plan one day in advance. In evening I write important tasks in my notebook for next day. This habit help me know exactly what I need to do and when I need to do it. Because of this plan I do not waste my time in think about what task should be done next. I also try to complete important work first before move to less important activities.

Another thing that saves time is keeping a fixed routine. Since my school, academy and tuition timings are already set. I can manage my responsibilities easily and stay focused.

◉Have you ever struggled with poor time management? How have you improved it?◉

Of course there was a time when I did not manage my time properly. Sometimes I would spend extra time on mobile use and delay important task. In result some work remained incomplete and I felt stress.

Later I realize that time is very valuable and once it is gone this never comes back. I start writing my daily schedule in my notebook and followed proper routine. I reduced unnecessary mobile use and focused more on important responsibilities.

After adopt this habits I feel big improvement in my productivity. Now I complete my work on time. I feel more relaxed and satisfied.

◉What advice would you give to others to manage their time better?◉

My advice is simple we should always plan our day before it start. Write down our important tasks and follow timetable. We should avoid to spent much time on social media. We should focus that activities that bring value to our life.

We try to get up early and start our day with positive habits. Complete important tasks first and do not leave work for later. Also take short break when need. Because they help maintain energy and focus.
Most important thing is time is one of greatest blessings from Allah . If we use it wisely we can achieve our goals and live successful life.
