Today in the morning I got up for Fajr Namaz and after reading the Quran I went towards my clinic, went to my Clinic, I have some research which I am sharing with you today, what are the remedies for obesity, how to lose weight or what are the things which can make you lose weight. What is the main reason of Obesty.

What is the main reason behind Obesty in female? Let us discuss this today.

Hormonal Shifts (Menopause/Aging): As estrogen levels decline, women tend to lose muscle mass and experience a slower metabolism, leading to increased abdominal (visceral) fat storage.
Biological Necessity: Women naturally have higher essential body fat percentages (approx. 12% vs. 3% in men) for reproductive functions, energy storage, and protecting organs.
Lifestyle Factors: A sedentary lifestyle, high-calorie, processed foods, and increased stress can lead to fat accumulation.
Health Conditions: Conditions such as hypothyroidism (low thyroid function) can lead to unexplained weight gain.
