The Diary Game: My Chaand Raat Activities

Hello Everyone!

I hope you all are good and doing well. Today I'm here to share my diary game of last day of Ramadan (chand rat). One day before eid festival is usually very busy,we have to made preparations for next day, we put mehndi on hands and have to eid wish call to all family . My daughter is at my home from Canada and my grand daughter's first eid so we all were very excited.

My day started at 4am , I made sehri for family that was chicken curry ,kabab and paratha with tea and we enjoyed together. After sahoor i recite Quran then offered sallah. This Ramadan I used Quran app to recite .Today I have to go to my friends home to receive her from eitikaaf. So we three friends decided to make aftaar and enjoy it at her home. So we all three families made two dishes for aftaar. We made this plan at fajar and were excited fir evening. They give me dessert and any fritters for aftaar party. After making plans we slept.

At 12 noon I woke up. I was not feeling well I don't know why. All family were sleeping
I offered sallah then went to kitchen to make dessert. Next day was eid and I have to do many works like changing of curtains, bed sheets and deep cleaning of rooms and kitchen.

I started my work slowly, first I pressed the curtains , start cleaning of sofa and doors ,meanwhile I made dessert for evening aftaar dinner. My kids prepared for themselves for aftaar. We went to my friends home at 5:15pm . We have chocolate dessert that my friend loved most so i specially made it for her. Afia made sandwiches and slider today. I made chocolate dessert and samosas for dinner and third friend made noodles and rolls for aftaar.

At maghrib sallah we break our fast and thankful to Allah who blessed us this beautiful Ramadan and received our friend out from eitikaaf. She was looking very beautiful and we preyed for her. She was also very happy to complete her eitikaaf nicely. We gifted her flowers. Its our tradition. And we all enjoyed aftaar dinner together.

After aftaar we offered sallah then my friend's daughter made tea for all. We all were missing our old memories when we all lived as neighbours. My kids were young at that time. They take care of my kids. We often celebrate our weekend together specially in Ramadan and on Eid festivals . We spent three hours at her home then around 9pm we backed home.

My daughter was waiting for a girl who will put mehndi on her hands. I started kitchen work. I have to make dessert for eid festival and I cook kabab masala and its grinding and making patties is left. It would take 3 hours so i was not willing to put mehndi on my hands.

My daughters were very stressed who will put mehndi if that girl didn't come. My husband suggested go to parlour, I was not willing to go because I have alot of work to do but my daughter said mom please come with us I want to enjoy night with you may be on next eid I would not be here. So I left my work and took them to parlour. After spending 3 hrs they all had mehndi on their hands.

After parlour we went to eat something all we hungry and I made promise to my kids I will give you treat in Chaand rat. We reached to near fast food restaurant and enjoyed chicken Broast 🐔 and bugger. We reached home at fajar sallah. I offered sallah and pressed my husband's dress for eid sallah.

Now a wonderful most exciting day is over. Due to eid gatherings and end of Ramadan I couldn't. Ake post so now eid is over and I'm writing my diary.
