Bread is a very common food in our breakfast, but the taste and aroma of homemade banana bread are absolutely unique. Banana Bread, Preparation Process

Many people make this bread in many ways, but I have tried to present this recipe in my own way:

Step 1

First, peel the ripe bananas in a large bowl. Then blend two eggs and sugar with a blender. After the sugar and eggs are mixed, mash the bananas well and make a paste with soybean oil and orange essence using a blender. Remember, this banana paste should be very smooth. I have blended it for 2 minutes.

Step 2

In another bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Now, pour this dry mixture little by little into the banana mixture and mix it with a light egg mixture. Do not stir too vigorously, as this may make the bread tough.

Step 3

I greased a bread mold or aluminum cake pan with a little oil (my mold is round) and put a little oil on a clean paper so that the bread does not stick to the pan.

Step 4

Since I am making it in the oven, first I preheated a large pot or saucepan on medium heat for 10 minutes. I placed a stand inside the pot and carefully placed the bread pan on it. Then I covered the pot well and waited for about 45 to 50 minutes on very low heat. Many people make it in the oven.

1000010805.jpg1000010806.jpg
Step 5

After 45 minutes, I checked with a stick or toothpick whether the inside was done or not. Alhamdulillah, today's bread has risen quite a bit. Since it was completely done, I turned off the oven and took it down. After it had cooled down, I sliced the bread and served it. Alhamdulillah, I tried it with bananas for the first time and succeeded, although I was a little worried about how it would turn out.

In my opinion, banana bread is a healthy food, especially when it is made at home. Bananas contain a lot of potassium and fiber, which are beneficial for the body. Also, I think that by making it at home, we can control the amount of sugar and not use any harmful preservatives. However, using excess sweets or butter can increase the calories, so it is healthy to eat them in moderation. I can say that banana bread is different from other breads. Alhamdulillah, this is the first time I have made and eaten this bread.

I did not find it difficult to make it because I have made several such breads in the past, but today I added bananas. However, I think that if one makes it in the oven, it will be difficult if one cannot maintain the correct measurements and temperature when making banana bread.

The satisfaction of food made by one's own hands is always different. This is the third time I have made bread, but the first time I made banana bread. In my opinion, banana bread is as easy to make as it is fun to eat. I did not expect it to be so delicious to eat. My daughter Muntaha also liked this homemade breakfast, or banana bread, very much. Alhamdulillah, I tried to present this recipe very simply as well as complete the tasks of this contest, and this was my arrangement for today.
