Today when Danish was sitting in his office and doing his usual work, someone informed him on his mobile phone about his father's death. Danish got upset on hearing this news. Actually, Danish did not get along well with his father. He always felt that his father did not love him. But on hearing the news, tears rolled down his eyes and he immediately left the office and reached his home. He also informed his wife about this and told her that he has to go to his father's city immediately. Pack some things as we may have to stay there for a few days.

They did not have any child yet. His wife Rukhsar was a beautiful, educated and intelligent girl. Rukhsar also became sad on hearing the news of her father-in-law's sudden death. And they immediately started preparing to leave. It took them 5-6 hours to reach their father's house in their personal car. On reaching home, he saw that many people from the neighbourhood had come to mourn at his house. Danish's mother got up from her place on seeing them and started crying while hugging her son. Rukhsar put her hand on his waist from behind to console him and express her grief. Then Danish, after consulting the elders of the neighbourhood, started the preparations for his father's funeral and final burial. One of his brothers was in Saudi Arabia and there could be a delay in his arrival.

After making all the necessary arrangements, his father's funeral procession was taken out and he was buried with full respect and honour in the city's cemetery. After returning from the funeral, Danish thanked all his neighbourhood people and relatives for being with him in this time of grief and came home and sat with his mother.

His mother told him that before dying, his father had given a letter to Danish and he had said that Danish will read this letter only after his death.

Danish took out his father's letter from the envelope and started reading it.

The father had written,

My child Danish, "You think that I don't love you, but my poverty and helplessness have always hindered me from showing my love. Actually, I loved both you and your brother from the bottom of my heart, but I knew that with my limited income, I was not able to give you both the happiness that I wanted to give." We men always have to make many sacrifices for the happiness of our children, I know that this letter will be given to you after my death. Son, forgive me for my helplessness and take care of your mother, after me, you are the only one left to give her real happiness.

After reading the letter, tears started flowing from Danish's eyes and he hugged his mother and cried a lot. He then decided that from now on he will always keep his mother with him.
