Friends, how are you all? I hope you are all doing well, and I am also doing well, Alhamdulillah. Today I have brought you a great recipe. We are currently in the summer season, and at this time, there is a lot of bitter gourd available in Bangladesh. Various recipes made with bitter gourd are very tasty and very healthy. Today I am going to share with you a great recipe I have prepared the recipe which I am going to share with you. Let's take a look.

Required materials 👇🏾

Fish, Potato, Bitter gourd, Onion, Bay leaf, Salt, Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, Dry chili powder, White oil, Frying spices, Gram, Ginger, and garlic paste

The Process of recipe


🟫 Step 01

🐠To prepare today's recipe, I first took several raw bitter gourds and washed them thoroughly.
🐠Then I cut the bitter gourd into small pieces and added some boiled potatoes to it.

🐠Then I'll clean one and put it on the stove, and there I'll add chopped onions and bay leaves.
🐠Then I will put white oil there.

🐠Then I will wash the tengra fish thoroughly in salt water and put them in a bowl.
🐠Then I marinate it well with salt, turmeric powder, and a little chili powder.

🐠When the onion turns slightly brown, I will add all kinds of powdered spices, ginger, and garlic paste.
🐠Now that my masala is ready, I will add the marinated fish.

🐠Then cook the spices and fish well for about two minutes.
🐠Then I will carefully remove the fish, and here I will add the chopped coriander and potatoes.

🐠Of course, I will mix the bitter gourd with all the spices with a little water and cover it with a lid for about 5 minutes.
🐠Then my bitter gourds are almost cooked.

🐠Then I will put the pre-cooked fish here.
🐠Then I will cook the fish and bitter gourds again with a little water.
🐠After 2 to 3 minutes, I will add water again here in the right quantity.

🐠And at the last stage, check the salt and pour it on top of the fried dhuna jira.
🐠Then cook for five minutes and remove from the stove.
