Friends, how are you all? I hope you are all doing well, and I am also doing well, Alhamdulillah. Today I have brought you a great recipe. Today I will show you how to make a roasted fish recipe. We can make different types of recipes with different types of fish. I share different recipes here from time to time, and among these, roasted recipes are the best because Bengalis love to eat fish, and any recipe made with fish must be a must-have in their diet, because fish has many nutrients. Of course, we need to include fish recipes in our daily diet. Everyone, from young to old, can eat fish easily. Let's discuss below how I made this fish recipe very easily with all the details.

Materials needed👇🏾

●Koi fish
● onion
●bay leaf
● green chili
●salt
●turmeric powder
●dried chili powder
●cumin powder
● white oil
● ginger and garlic paste
● fried cumin seeds

The Process of recipe


🟫 Step 01

🐟First, I cut the fish into pieces and put them in a bowl.
🐟Then I added salt, turmeric powder, and dry chili powder here.

🐟Then mix everything well with your hands and set aside for ten minutes to marinate.
🐟Then I will put a clean pan on the stove, and I will add oil there and heat the oil for a while.

🐟Then I will put the marinated fish in there one by one.
🐟Then I will fry the fish on medium heat. Here, my fish's skin has lifted a little.

🐟The fish is almost done frying. I will put it on a plate and keep it aside. Then I will add some more oil here, and I will add the chopped onion and bay leaf there.
🐟After the onions are fried well, I will add all kinds of powdered spices along with ginger and garlic paste.

🐟Then I will sauté the onion and spices with a little water for about two to three minutes.
🐟The spices are ground, and then I will serve the fried fish here.

🐟Then I'll add four green chilies, and this is the fish, and spices. Wait another two to four minutes to cook well, and add a little water.
🐟Then, towards the end of my cooking, I will add a sufficient amount of water here.

🐟Of course, I'll check the salt and pepper to make sure I have it right here, and then I'll sprinkle half a spoonful of fried dhuna on top.
