Coconut contains which vitamins and minerals

 

Coconut is not very popular fruit in Europe that is why not many know about the all healthy ingredients that this fruit can provide. Often there are people suffering from Iron deficiency take iron tablets but coconut. When we see the fruit itself, it is difficult to know how much healthy minerals and Vitamins there are in it. Just to list alongside with Iron, we can say there are Zinc, Copper, Magnesium, Manganese, Selenium. All those minerals we need for our cellular metabolism, in order to have healthy immune system. As to vitamins the bigger portion taken Vitamins of group B such as B1, B2 and B6 as well as Vitamin C. Also there are some people suffering from constipation and due to high fibre content in coconut it is healthy for the bowel diseases. Often you can use coconut flour for baking and cooking and that also a source of healthy nutrients.

By the way, do you know that coconut oil is good for healthy gums and for any ulcers in mouth but also coconut oil can whiten your teeth

 

Coconut containing favourite dish of yours

 

My favourite dish is pancake made from coconut flour, actually when you prepare pancakes you can not do much wrong, because the main ingredient of them are eggs, sugar and I usually add sparkling water that gives a bit of airy consistency. Coconut flour is different and also it has its own taste. On other hand for me it is like to have some fruits and not carbohydrates. Using such coconut flour helps to reduce bloating feeling and less gases. The rest of recipe is the same like for ordinary pancake.

 

Top 5 coconut rich countries

 

Coconuts home is in warm countries, more with tropical climate such as Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka , Brazil. That is why as a child I saw coconut only in television, in cartoons and movies. Usually the trees are very high and in order to get them you have to climb up the tree and chop the fruit off the tree. Sometimes when they are matured they can fall down themselves.
