Homemade Vitality Ketchup

Hello Dear Steemians,


It's @abdullaht from Pakistan and I hope you all are well and amaze by making different ketchups from previous weeks. When this season starts, I learned very much from it. Every week a new taste and flavour, a different style and one of the most important very good for herbal ketchup for better health. Today I'm sharing this last week ketchup recipe which I learned from my Our respected teacher. A homemade vitality ketchup full of taste and flavour with very unique fragrance and very special related to health.

List all the ingredients used in making Vitality Ketchup with their correct quantities.

Ingredients Quantity
Fresh Tomatoes 500 grams

Red Chilli Powder 1/4 tablespoon

Turmeric powder 1/2 Tablespoon

Garlic 3 piece

Sugar 100 grams

Mint 1/2 cup

Coriander 1/2 cup

Cooking oil 1 tablespoon

Apple cider vinegar 1.5 tablespoon

Write the complete step-by-step method of making Vitality Ketchup

Step 1:

First of all I washed all the green herbs for removing dirt and dust from it.

Step 2:

After that I washed the tomatoes and cut them into very small slices and add them to pot and adding water that soft it easily

Step 3:

After tomatoes become soft then I add ginger and garlic. For mixing it fragrance and taste in tomatoes.

Step 4:

When tomatoes become fully soft then I cool it and them to blender and blend it.

Step 5:

Now I put oil in the pot and adding sliced green chilli in it and fried for few seconds.

Step 6:

Then I add blended puree and also adding salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. I mixed it continuously using wooden spoon.

Step 7:

When tomatoes mixture becomes thick I added white vinegar and sugar.

Step 8:

In the end I add thin sliced coriander, mint and basil leaves. I cooked it for few minutes that it's fragrance add in it.

Step 9:

When my ketchup become thick and the beautiful red colour comes, I turn off the stove and chilling it. When it's cool I served in the plate.

Present your final homemade ketchup to make it look attractive and well-prepared. Also use your name tag and date written on a paper.

I presented my ketchup in the plate and decorated it using some basil leaves and placed it on side of the plate that makes it more beautiful and tasty. I write my username and date of the post for verification of me. Personally when I taste it, it's taste is so good and my family also tasted it and appreciate it. This whole season is the very beautiful journey to me to learn something new and understanding the methods of making different types of ketchup recipes. I learned every week something new, some time sweet ketchup, sometimes spicy with touch of herbal ingredients. After participating in this season I learned that hence homemade things are not only healthy but also very tasty and delicious when you make it properly. I'm very thankful to my teacher who every week teaches us new recipes related to ketchup and polish our making ketchup skills and also share their tips and knowledge of herbal ingredients with us.
