"Chupsui Dish, One of The Most Popular Pinoy Food here In The Philippines"

Here in the Philippines, there are lots of Pinoy Delicacies and Popular Dishes. One of this is the so-called Chupsui. Before I proceed sharing the simple recipé to all of you here, allow me to share few informations about this delicious Pinoy Dish. Chupsui comes from the Chinese term and it is adopted here in the Philippines many years already. Until today, this kind of dish is very popular anywhere in the Country. It contains lots of nutritional values because of vegetable varities on it. Aside of that, it is also a good form of family Business in fact most of the eateries and restaurants here also sell chupsui dish. This kind of food was originated by our ancestors here and gladly still very popular until today.
The Ingredients:
There are few Ingredients contains in this kind of dish, and this are;
- 1/2 Kilo of Meat
- 1 Piece of Onion
- 1 Piece of Garlic
- 1 pack of soy sauce
- 1 Piece of Ginger
- 2 tablespoon of Salt
- A sachet of Seasonings Granules
- Cooking Oil
- A slice of Vegetable Varieties
- Clean Water for Broth
- Vinegar
Kitchen Utensils to use:
- Big Frying Pan
- Marinated Ware
- Knife
- Chopping Board
Ways to Prepare:
- First, sliced those meat into smaller pieces and after that the fat and the meat must be separated. Slicing the meat into smaller pieces can help it easily well cook.
- Marinating the meat will help gained a delicious and tastier dish. After slicing and washing with water, marinated it using soysauce , Sliced ginger and vinegar.
- Well sliced variety of vegetables must be washed thoroughly so the dirt and dust will wash away. Thin sliced vegetables helps it well cook very fast. Different kinds of vegetables and its colors can make the dish colorful, tasty and attractive.
- Slicing onions, Garlic, Ginger and Other kinds of spices helps it to cook very well releasing its aroma or good smell. It helps the food having a good smell because of the spices.
Steps on How to Cook:
Put Some Right amount of Cooking Oil and Heat it using a frying big frying Pan. When the oil heated, add the sliced onions and Garlic and sauted it very well. When the aroma comes out, it indicates that the sauted spices are already well cook.
After Sauting, next add the marinated meat and fats and mixed it very well so it will balance the taste and the meat will equally cook. Very well cooking meat can helps to avoid raw meat and the taste will comes out. Cook it until the meat will become tender and soft, turns to white before adding the vegetables.
Cook the meat for 45 minutes or as long as it will turn into white color and the meat will soft and tender. After that, add the vegetable varieties and mix it very carefully so it will balance the taste and to become even more tastier. This kind of vegetables is composed with Pechay, Cabbage, Carrots, Sayote and Bell pepper. After mixing it, add with right amount of Soysauce, Salt and seasoning granules. It helps the dish to become tastier. Mixed it well again, this kind of vegetables needs to cook for 45 Minutes. Adding black pepper is optional but it is good for this kind of dish.
The Output:
