How are you friends? Hope everyone is well and I am, Alhamdulillah. Today I'm here on the Steemit Iron Chef community to participate in a daily diary food contest hosted by @steemit-ironchef. Contest Name Daily Menu Delicacy/ Week# 49 It's a great competition. Here I can present my daily food routine. Of course, today I bring all my meal routines. But without further delay let's get started.
Breakfast
Usually we can eat banana in the morning. Banana is my favorite food. I usually buy bananas when I go to the market. I went to the market in the morning. Fresh and very nice looking bananas bought bananas from there at 4pm. Me and my daughter ate bananas from here for breakfast. You can eat banana with milk if you want. But the dudh kala dish is quite interesting and tasty. In case of babies, most of the time banana is squeezed with milk. Anyway today's meal was very good as breakfast. I considered another breakfast which was biryani. One of my favorite foods I cook biryani at home and eat it regularly. My biryani and banana for breakfast was a really hearty meal.
lunch
At noon I cooked today after finishing all the work chicken and jatka hilsa fish fry. Hilsa fish is our national food but everyone knows it. We can buy hilsa fish at a high price but it is very fun to eat. So I brought hilsa fish from the market a few days ago. I saw them in the fridge. Fried hilsa fish with chicken meat. In the afternoon we like to eat heavy food. So we cook various curries with rice. But most of the time I like fried chicken and fish. And it is very fun to eat fried fish with hot rice. So I just got free time in the afternoon menu I fried the fish. So today's meal was very tasty and my pictures look very tasty too.
Dinner
I don't eat much in the evening.
I ate today. After a long time this man came to sell papad fritters. So I had 50 rupees in my hand and bought papad fritters from there. And enjoyed it as evening meal. Although it was fried in oil. But very shaky. Very tasty to eat. Moreover, another thing is that these papad fritters are topped with beet salt. Papad fritters are salty and salty. You might not understand the food test if you don't eat it so delicious. Today's evening meal was more interesting.
Night
At dinner we often eat heavy food and sometimes we eat bread. But today's meal was different. That's because today I was making Cheetah Pitha. We prepare and eat different kinds of pies during the winter festival. Among them, this chitai pitha is a little different. We also eat soaked in milk. But today I had this white cheetah pita with chicken soaked in milk. Test to eat chitai pitha with chicken meat. So this is what I keep and eat at dinner sometimes. This was my daily meal item.

Hola amiga un menú muy rico y balanceado el que nos compartes la fruta es muy buena incluirla en nuestro desayuno porque nos aporta fibra me encantó mucho el almuerzo ese arroz con pescado frito un yummy
