I'm Shifti Tamanna and I'm from Bangladesh. I am a Government Employee. I am employed as a responsible Administrative Officer under Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of Bangladesh. Apart from that I also work on the Steemit platform. I joined the Steemit platform on September 22, 2022. But I started working regularly from December 2022. From then till now I have been actively working on this platform for 1 year 6 months.
Currently I am performing many responsibilities at Steemit with great honesty. First of all I got the responsibility of Steem Representative from 11th April which I am fulfilling at least with devotion.
I also have experience working as a community curator. I worked as a Community Curator as a member of Team1 in January/2024, team2 in February/2024 and Team5 in April/2024.
I am admin of Steem4Professionals community. The motive of our community is to develop the professional skills, experience, technical knowledge of the users to the whole world through Steemit platform.

I have 6 years and 4 months of experience on the platform, I think my story as a steemian is quite interesting, I have learned to be a blogger over time, something like a trial-error and success, with the platform I have developed my writing skills and connect with people from a distance... I have always liked reading, it is also a useful skill to develop on the platform, so I can travel between communities, enjoy varied and original content.
My story on the platform is that of another Venezuelan, even with the problems of public services I continue to fight so that the light does not go out on Steemit, in all my years of experience within the platform I have exercised various responsibilities and all of these me They have allowed me to acquire a lot of experience which I want to continue sharing, one of them was being "Country Representative", among my responsibilities as "CR" was working with the @steemcurador05 account.
I have worked as a community curator, the first was in the month of April, the second in the month of May. On the first opportunity I was part of "Team 4" so I worked with the account @steemcurator07 and the following month I was part of "Team 4" but this time I had to work with the account @steemcurator06, I was also part of "Team 2 "so I worked with the account @steemcurator05. In the month of April of this year I was part of “Team 5” and worked with the community account @steemcurator08. Currently he was part of "Team 2" and I work with the community account @steemcurator05.
Likewise, I currently have the role of moderator in the "Steem Venezuela" and "Steemit Iron Chef" communities.

I was born in Venezuela, therefore, I am Venezuelan and I live in this country, my mother tongue is "Spanish". I do not speak any other language but thanks to the use of different digital tools I can understand the content in any language.

I am Jephthah Moses by name with username @bossj23 on this platform. I'm a known and reputable Steemian who uses my position not to lord over anyone but to help others and to perform lot of selfless services on this platform.
I joined this platform July, 2021 with the aid of an active Steemian and with my level of experience on the platform, I've been assigned responsibilities which is solely responsible for my being on this platform till now.
The people say experience is the best teacher. That's true and I have worked as a community moderator in two different communities which includes steem4nigeria and steemkids and parents.
Steemkids and parents community is the first community I was given the role of moderator. I also run a monthly campaign which encourages users to grow their steem power which is more like a challenge and this has proven effective.
I've also took steemit promotion to the next level by bringing over 70 active users on this platform and that promotion is one of my contests in *steem4nigeria community. Asides moderating in this community, I mentor newcomers on this platform.
This responsibility was given me after seeing my abilities in contributing to the growth of *this platform by not just increasing the userbase of this platform but also encourage retention. I've not handled any curation account before but would love to. There's always a first time for everything and with the above, I don't see this work as a big deal.
Applying for this position isn't to lord over anyone. I see the work as an added responsibility. So instead of viewing this as a rank or entitlement, I see it as a service shown. To whom more is given, more is expected.
