Crispy, Flavorful & Easy Mooli Paratha Recipe”

I hope you are all well and today I am going to share a very delicious type of paratha with you guys. This paratha is my most delicious and favorite paratha because as we all know that there is also potato paratha, cauliflower paratha, green paratha and many other vegetables are made more delicious.

There is no doubt about it, but my most favorite paratha is radish paratha and today I will share the recipe of radish paratha with you guys and I will tell you how I made a very delicious type of radish paratha and I like it very much and I thought of sharing Mooli's paratha with you guys

So that you guys can try it and make and eat Mooli's paratha and along with you, we also tell me how you guys liked Mooli's paratha because I found it very delicious that's why I thought why not share it with my Steemit fellows as well. So I thought I share the recipe for paratha.

So first of all, let me tell you what things we have to use in this recipe so that you can gather all your things at the same time and keep them with you because if we have all the ingredients together, it becomes very easy for us to prepare this recipe and we can do it easily without any difficulty. So I thought that first of all, I would share all the ingredients with you.

  • Radish
  • Wheat flour
  • Red Pepper
  • Salt
  • Spicy
  • Oil

So first of all I have taken a radish and peeled it well which we can make a lot of parathas from the radish so I did not peel many radishes but I peeled one radish and peeled one radish well now I have to cut it I have taken one radish well on a plate and kept it inside then I said I have squeezed it through the squeezer we will squeeze the radish and in this way it will fall into small pieces for us so I have snatched the radish and squeezed it on top

And since radish has a lot of water that is why it is more beneficial if we eat it raw then it is very beneficial it has a lot of water inside which is very important for our healthy life and now we have to squeeze its water we will take it well in both our hands and press it inside then we will see all the water from here We will remove it and keep the grated radish in a separate container.

Now after this we have to use some spices in it and I have put red chilli in it and added salt to taste and after adding salt and chilli I have checked its spice and some other spices are used in it which I want to use for a delicious taste.

I have prepared this spice by adding chilli in it and tasted it a little to check how it tastes, it looks very delicious. If we feel that there is less chilli or less salt then we can add more in it and if you have some other spices to make it delicious then you can add that too.

I had already taken the dough and now I have already made the dough into small pieces. I have made some smaller pieces than the normal size because when these two pieces are joined together, the paratha automatically gets bigger, so I have already made them bigger and kept them.

I have taken two pieces separately and rolled them well. I have rolled them like a roti and now we are rolling them like a roti. I have kept one on the side and the other one has been left lying on the roller and now I have slightly kneaded it. After kneading, when I have put the paste I have made on it,

I have tried to fill every space well so that we get a lot of radish paste inside the paratha and we find the paratha delicious. So I have put the paste I have made inside it well and have also placed the other roti that was rolled on top of it and we have rolled it again in this way.

I will take it so that its edges are connected and the paste made of radish comes out from inside it and in this way I have rolled it well and its paratha shape has been formed. Now I will put it on the tawa and fry it by applying ghee on both sides. So I have put it on the tawa very gently and I have applied ghee and fried it by applying ghee well. So you can see that it looks very delicious.

And now I have added yogurt with it because if we make paratha and do not use yogurt with it, its taste does not seem delicious. If we also add yogurt, the taste becomes even more delicious. The taste of the soaked paratha is doubled. Therefore, I have added yogurt with it and have eaten it in a very delicious way and it really tasted very delicious and my hunger has gone.
