"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 85: (Home Made Pota Saviyan)"

I hope you are all well and I am also fine, thank God, and today I am going to share a very delicious recipe with you guys and I hope you will definitely like this recipe because it is my favorite recipe and I always make it with great enthusiasm
And all of us in the family like it very much and when it comes to this recipe and its dish, it is even sweeter and I also like this dish very much and when a guest comes or if the heart desires, I make this dish a must and eat it.
I want to share the recipe with you guys too because I know that this dish is very delicious. If you guys also try it, then surely you guys will also like it. So I thought why not share this recipe. So that they can also enjoy this dish.
So first of all, let me tell you about the ingredients that we are going to use for this recipe because if we have the ingredients, we will be able to prepare our recipe very easily and in a very short time.
- Needles
- Sugar
- Oil
- Water
So now we move on to our post. First of all, we have to take an empty vessel and inside this vessel, we have to put some ghee, we have to put the needles which are the pota needles and actually they are freshly made, so we will fry them a little first so that they are cooked.
If we fry them in the same way without frying them, they will also be cooked and it will not be of any use. So we will cook them a little first, meaning we will fry them a little. So I have taken a plate of needles because if I measure them with something, then I will have an estimate and from this estimate I will have an estimate of the quantity in it.

Now we have to fry it in ghee for a while, as we have put this in it, so as soon as its color starts changing, you guys should understand that it is ready for us to cook. So as soon as it is fried for a while, I have done it for 10 minutes and now we have fried the lentils.

And now we have to add water inside it, as I told you that I used one plate of needles, so I will add two plates of water inside it so that our cook well and do not remain raw, so I have added two plates of water inside it and now we will wait for it to cook.

As our noodles have started to boil a little, now we will add sugar to it. I will take the amount of sugar according to this amount. If I had a plate of needles, I would take half a plate of sugar and we have to add sugar to it.
I have to mix it well in the water. If it mixes well, then we will know whether we need to add more sugar or not. We will check it a little and see. If we feel that it is a little less sweet, then we will add a little more.

And now we will wait for the water inside it to dry up. As soon as the water dries up, we will put it on the tail. We have to put it on the tail for about 10 to 15 minutes. As soon as we feel that the meat is cooked enough, we will put less of it on the tail. But if we have it ready within about 10 minutes and we will put it on the tail and leave it and then wait.
After 10 minutes, our needles are ready. Then I checked the noodles and our noodles were ready. Now I took them off and put them on a plate while they were still hot. They look very delicious. The aroma and the warm air are very much increasing the appetite.
