First of all, I would like to thank @suboohi for organizing such a wonderful contest. To join today's contest, I have made a pudding with milk, eggs and sabudana. Which is incredibly fun to eat. Although pudding has been made with milk and eggs in this course, desserts are mostly made with milk. However, many desserts are made with a combination of eggs and milk, which is not only good for our body, but also very fun to eat. And today I have brought you a recipe like that. I especially like eating pudding. Since it can be made very easily and children also like to eat it very much. Anyway, without further ado, I will share the recipe I made with you, I hope you like it.
Ingredients required for making Carrot pudding .

Step-1
First, I put a cup of water in a pan. When the water got a little hot, I added sabudana to it. Then, when it was well boiled, I removed it from the stove and washed it with water.
Step-2
I put a steel bowl on the stove. I added a tablespoon of sugar to it. I added half a teaspoon of water. Now I waited until it caramelized. When it caramelized, I took the bowl down.
Step-3
Firstly I broke two eggs in a bowl.Then I added 1/3 cup sugar . Then I mixed everything well.
Step-4
I poured a cup of milk into the egg-sugar mixture and mixed it well. Then I added the boiled sabudana and mixed it well again.
Step-5
Now I poured this mixture into the caramel bowl. Then I put a stand on the stove with water in a large pot. When the water got hot, I put the pudding bowl in, covered it with a lid and steamed it for 30-40 minutes. Then I lowered the diameter, cooled it and kept it in the refrigerator. Later, I molded it out on a plate.

And that is why various desserts are made with the help of eggs and feeding these desserts to children while maintaining the nutritional value of eggs, they definitely get nutritional value. Due to the mixture of eggs with milk or other ingredients, a density is created which makes this thing or dessert a little creamy and firm.

Especially making this pudding was no problem. It is possible to make this dessert very easily with few ingredients and in a short time. It is especially beneficial for children. Many children do not want to eat milk and eggs. And that is why if pudding can be made and fed in this combination, it is very beneficial and they can eat both milk and eggs. Moreover, sabudana is also very beneficial for the body of children. If we cook sabudana with milk, the children's health is good and they get nutrition. In all aspects, except sugar, the other ingredients are very good for health and have high nutritional value.
