Recipe of the Day (Mix Vegetables 🥗🥕🥦)

1 - Make your own Mix vegetable curry🥗🥕🥦 (include ingredients, quantities, and steps) using my recipe or any other recipe of your choice.

| Cauliflower | 1/2kg |
| Carrot | 3 |
| Peas | 1/2kg |
| Onion | 2 |
| Tomato | 3 |
| Ginger | 1/2 |
| Salt | 1tbsp |
| Red chilli powder | 2 tbsp |
| Turmeric | 1tsp |
| Black seeds | 1tsp |
| Black pepper | 1tsp |
| Cumin powder | 1tbsp |
| Oil | 1/2cup |

First, add cooking oil to a pan and heat it over medium flame. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped onion, tomatoes, and ginger. Stir well so everything mixes evenly. Let the mixture cook for about 10 minutes stirring from time to time until the onions turn soft and the tomatoes break down into a soft thick mixture.

Then add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, black seed, turmeric, and cumin powder to the pan and mix everything well so the spices coat the mixture evenly. Let it cook for 5 minute to release the aroma of the spices. Meanwhile, on the other side wash your vegetables drain the water and keep them ready for further cooking.

Then add the vegetables to the pan and mix well so they are evenly coated with the masala. Cook for 5 more minutes stirring gently. After that add one glass of water mix lightly and cover the pan with a lid to let the vegetables cook properly.

Cut the green chillies and coriander leaves and keep them aside for garnishing. Once the water has completely dried open the lid and mix the vegetables well. Finally add the chopped green chillies and fresh coriander mix gently and let it cook for another minute before turning off the heat.

Then serve the dish hot with soft chapati or freshly boiled rice. You can enjoy it as a complete meal or pair it with yogurt or salad for a more balanced and satisfying dish.
