Bienvenidos todos estamos acá con un nuevo concurso, fácil, sencillo pero sobretodo queremos que aprendas y te diviertas en esta oportunidad abordaremos un tema que estoy segura que muchos lo disfrutarán es sobre Las Frutas.

Las frutas son uno de los grupos de alimentos sanos y saludables indispensable para nuestra dieta diaria ya que aportan a nuestro organismo, múltiples vitaminas, minerales, fibra y agua, esenciales que nos ayudan a tener energía y nos fortalecer el sistema inmune.

Como puedo participar?

Es muy fácil solo debes tomar algunas fotografías de esa fruta favorita que consumes con frecuencia y responder las preguntas que te realizamos a continuación.

🔸Comparte mínimo 3 fotografías de su fruta favorita.

🔸Describa su fruta favorita (Sabor, textura, aroma, etc).

🔸Cómo sueles comerla, en crudo, batidos, ensaladas, etc? La combinas con alguna otra fruta o aliemento?

🔸Que beneficios te aporta, cuéntenos sobre su consumo es frecuente, esporádico?

🔸Cuál es el precio estimado de su fruta favorita en el mercado? si la cosechas, siembras o cultivas, cuéntanos un poco como lo haces?

🔸Si pudieras ser una fruta cual serías y porque?
