Greetings to all members of this prestigious community and to you who is taking time to read my post. You are welcome to my blog. Today, I want to participate in one of the amazing weekly contest called Daily menu delicacies.

In today's post,I am ready to showcase the four meals consumed by me on 13 /03/2026. This is the only contest that helps user to reflect on what they consume on a particular date.

Waking up, I feel so tired and exhausted, I decided carry few minutes work out, to reduce my stress. Thereafter,I was thirsty, I decided to take rest while resting. I choose star fruit or local know as five finger fruit.

This is a topical fruit that turns from green to yellow when ripe. When slice, it form a star shape.This fruit has lost of vitamin such as vitamin A and C. It also contains dietary fiber which prevents constipation and support gut health. It also contains antioxidant that helps to keep skin healthy and health.

After our consumption, I went to kitchen and prepare a special breakfast for myself and my family members. The meal was simply but delicious and nutritious. Rice and beans is one of the meals cherished in all occasions, in short it is meal king of occasion in my environment and we consume it on a regular basis.

In case you feel like preparing the same Local Rice, my ingredients where:.Rice, Beans fish, egg, stock cube, Fresh tomatoes, Salt,oil, pepper, crayfish, onion, Ginger and Garlic.

Rice is carbohydrates, Bean's and fish is protein, fruit is fat and other things contains vitamin and mineral. I see this meal as a complete meal in the right proportion.

My evening was a calm and cool one so I decided to walk around my house and enjoy the cool breeze with my children. Thereafter, I prepared my dinner, it was plantain with vegetable sauce.

From this meal you can see that it is fresh vegetables and boil plantain, I enjoyed this meal because of it nutritious value.

Fresh vegetables are very nourish able to our body. Taking it helps provide antibiotics that helps in boosting our immunity and are all rich in vitamins like A, C and k. Vegetables is high in calcium, folate and potassium.

All pre-diabetic patients are advise for regular consumption of unripe plantain because it is low in sugar and also contains fiber which slow down glucose absorption.

Unripe plantain has flavonoids and antioxidants which helps in the fast reduction of body inflammation.

Consumption of different fruits is essential for nursing mothers and children. Research has shown that regular consumption of natural fruits can keep our family far away from hospital.

Dear friend, this is all we consume for the day, I am grateful to Almighty God for providing our daily meals.

You are enjoying yourself. I dislike that five finger fruit but you see avocado I don't share it with anyone.
