Greetings to all members of this prestigious community and to you who is taking time to read my post. You are welcome to my blog.

Today, I want to participate in one of the amazing contest called Daily menu delicacies. I consumed the below meals today being 20 /06/2026 and capture them so as to share the dairy game with my friend.

Every mother has a key role to play in family consumption. Here in my country, women determine what food is best for their families and sometimes men and children say what they are craving. It is important to satisfy the craving of our family members.

Saturday is always a happy day, it is the middle of weekend. Waking up,I feel like energetic and enthusiastic about the day.

I went to kitchen and prepare a special breakfast for myself and my family members. The meal was boil plantain with sauce.

From this meal you can see that it is fresh sauve and boil plantain, I enjoyed this meal because of it nutritious value.

Sauce with Fresh vegetables are very nourish able to our body. Taking it helps provide antibiotics that helps in boosting our immunity and are all rich in vitamins like A, C and k. Vegetables is high in calcium, folate and potassium

During the day, I was craving for one of our local recipe...White Rice mixed with Iron Beans and I decided to Cook it.

This recipe one of the most simplest, fast, and proteinous meal that will never take your time. Beans contain amino acid which is the building house of protein.

It is a good source of fiber. Beans are very rich in protein and minerals which provides many health benefits to the body when consumed.

Beans is my husband favorite meals and he was super excited to have this for lunch.

My evening was gorgeous, my sister came around,I use the opportunity and prepare one of our local delicacies called Afang soup. This soup is widely known and consumed, the taste is always out of this world.

In preparation of this meal, my ingredients was okra, red oil, periwinkle, goat meat, cowskin, seasoning cube,

This yummy delicious meal has the following health benefits. Afang soup is prepared with nutrient rich ingredients which help boost the immune system.
